Lady working at key making station was rude and condescending. Did not explain herself well and made us confused which she did not like and proceeded to give us attitude for it. Not everyone works and knows how to make keys girly. Like WOW I know everyone hates their job but at least be nice to people who are nice to you.

Everything was organized in the store and I felt Covid safe shopping there.

Terrible experience. Waiting for an item that was never in the store to then be told that my refund for something I never even opened or received will take 3-4 businesses days. I waited 1 hour and some change just to resolve nothing.

The products were easy to find, the service was efficient and competent .

If you ever need help - find Gladys in Plumbing - she is AMAZING!!!!!!

Dan, C.J. and Yarisvett helped me tremdously during my first ever shopping experience at this location. They went above and beyond to make my trip (hour and 1/2 away from home) a successful one.

I came to the store to pick up an online order. I drove an hour and a half out of my way because they were the only ones that had a drill bit in stock that I needed. I get to the store and go to the order pick up desk to be greeted by a nasty cashier. She hands me one single item out of my order and that was it. I asked her where the other two items were and she said she didn’t know. After pressing a little bit more she finally looked in the computer and said they were canceled. I asked her why no one told me the items were canceled and she said that’s online orderings fault not hers. Never offered an apology or explanation or anything. I then went down the aisle to check for myself, and I found the drill bit! They had five of them in stock! I also found the other item that I need in electrical. I have personally had positive experiences at pretty much every other one of their locations. I strongly recommend staying away from the Passaic New Jersey location though.

I went to the Botany Village store because when I checked on line, they were the closest store that had my product in stock. When I got there I found the aisle the product should be in, but I didn't see it. So I went to the Returns Desk area to verify what I had seen on line. The Sales Cashier, Naomi, was just finishing up on a call and offered to help me. She looked up the product, verified they had it in the store and then stepped out from behind the desk to locate the aisle and product with me. I didn't expect that! She said "Let's go find this product, because we have it". She located the items I needed and helped me put them in the carriage as we chatted back to the register. What I considered a possibly frustrating hunt for the product turned into a very pleasant and friendly experience. I want to say this gal needs to 'training' people; her attitude and friendly manner made my day and put a smile in my step.

Cashier Mariella was very helpful and very polite it was a pleasure to be taken care by her

The associate assisting me in the appliance dept. is excellent. I seek him out in particular for purchases, etc. He should be rewarded, promoted and involved in hiring, training, etc. Top shelf individual.

Naomi and Riggs went above and beyond to make our customer experience wonderful! Two other Home Depot locations refused to sell us the floor model of a Christmas tree that was perfect for our living room. Riggs was super friendly and knowledgeable, he advised of an incoming shipment of *one*. After explaining the situation to Naomi, it was HER suggestion/offer to purchase of the floor model! Without us even asking! Both associates then assisted with purchasing/packing up the floor model. What a wonderful start to our holiday season! Thank you!!

The store was very much clean. Alessia has made my experience AND day better. you never know what someone is going through, and just by her asking me how my day was and listening to what i had to say really meant a lot.

I am only giving two stars because of Shaniah at the customer service desk and Riggs at the lot . This store lacks customer service and leadership .

I arrived at opening time. My 1st stop was the returns desk to make a small return. There was no cashier. Two minutes later Alessia came. She spent 3 minutes getting settled, including about a minute putting her apron on. She was moving as slowly as possible and didn't care I was waiting. She never said "I'll be right with you" or apologize for the wait. Employees should be at their stations at opening, and they shouldn't act like they don't want to work. Other than that the visit was fine, but there are other Home Depot's nearby where ALL the employees treat the customers with respect.

Amazing employees. Always helpful and friendly. Safety measures are in place so that is a plus! Our cashier Joshua was extremely friendly and patient.

This store is good, the only problem I have is the return station. Their is a lady that always has an attitude always taking nasty to customer that go to return things always yelling. He's customer service is awful never says thank you, never polite, always rude. She should be moved to a different department.

Once you get past the parking lot which isn't the prettiest, This particular store has always had friendlier service which I appreciate.

Customer Service girl on the morning of 05/20/20 is the absolute WORST. Had to text her friends and check her emails before giving me my incorrect order. Then has the nerve to tell me to call ahead next time, even though I had received an email stating my order was complete. 30 Minutes later I had both of my extension cords. Items were ordered and paid for online to save time, instead I wasted 30 minutes and had to deal with her attitude.

My favourite store,have been buying in this store for 15 years and I know every shelf.
