I always get greeted at entering and I have never been In The store without at least 5-6 employees asking if I needed any help finding anything and always asked when checking out if we found everything we came for

Home Depot in State College has a fantastic and efficient staff! They are always helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. I'm always glad I chose to get the items I need there. I have used curb side pick up and gone into the store several times recently and all experiences have been positive. Quick, polite and efficient. I highly recommend this store!

It was overwhelming to think of choosing carpeting with so many choices, yet J.D. in flooring helped me select the best pet proof for my 4 canines. He made the experience easy, and I am thankful. It is always good to shop when the salesperson has a sense of humor, is caring, and is also knowledgeable about the products.

I like that most employees know me by name and are willing to help me find what I need. I am always impressed with their knowledge of their products and how to use them

Definitely a 5 star store. Great employees all are very helpful. The store is well stocked. Live 95 miles away and go there often. Have yet here ‘we only have 2 of these but we can order more.’ Not an option for me with the distance I have to travel. Highly recommended.

I was able to find the products I went in for and there were plenty of items on the shelf. The staff is always helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable of the store. Store has been clean and organized on my visits.

After purchasing a large vanity to be installed by Home Depot, I was informed of an increased cost to remove the old vanity. Need to be more clear. Rep cancelled my order without final confirmation from me. Follow up from Store manager has been poor. Terrible customer service. Shopping at the other home improvement store from now on.

Store does not require customers to wear masks. This is the simple stuff, folks. Please take the trouble as responsible corporate citizens.

We have used Olympic stain on our deck for 23 years. The Home Depot has a great selection of Olympic products. The paint department was extremely helpful during my visit to the store.
