I was at customer service for a return and exchange. I witnessed an associate (her name is Mel) help an older gentleman who was having a coughing spell. She was just kind to him. Offered him water and Magee sure that he was okay. When it was my turn in line she was very kind and polite to me. So I don’t think she was acting or pretending. Mel is real nice and kind. Thank you for your kindness. I will shop here over other stores because of her act of kindness. I believe I’ll be treated god when I come to this store

Although the products I need aren't always available (because it's Hawaii), this store has really improved over the years. Parking lot entrance and exits are terrible though - the store is a victim of a poor traffic plan onto the Kamehameha Highway.

New renovation, cleanup of one master bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and washroom. Found initial fix-it and cleaning supplies.

Came in to buy a blower and weed wacker. It’s usually hard to find an associate, but today was easy. He happily helped and ensure it was what I wanted.

cashier Jasmine is the best! She remembers us as regular Home Depot customers and is always friendly & welcoming to us as soon as we walk in! Please keep her! We love and enjoy her being there at the Pro/ Lumber check out! Mahalo,

I have a complaint about the cashier that was checking us out at the pro desk. Her name was Marie & we literally waited nearly 45 minutes just for her to ring up our items. And then we asked if she could have the pro loaders help us load our lumber, she told us to wait outside. The whole time we we’re waiting outside she didn’t even let anyone know. I watched her and it’s like she completely forgot about us. It was about 5:00pm and we were her last customer. Absolutely horrible service, this woman needs to be fired!

I really appreciate the great customer service I received from the associate at Pearl City Home Depot. Kylie was so patient with me and my mom as we shopped for a new refrigerator and range. She checked us out quickly set us up for delivery, taking care of all the small details. Thank you! You are the best!

I'm glad I bought garden soil, potting soil and plants because its time for me to plant fruit trees, home plant & flower plants on my flower box.

I love the flexibility and sale prices at this store. Home Depot is an excellent retailer in their space and prices are competitive.

I received hands on assistance to purchase a refrigerator, since another store had a lower priced model. Kylie called the Honolulu store to verify pricing of the model of interest. She waited patiently on the phone line as an associate provided information about a lower priced model. Kylie provided excellent service, over-and-above what was expected.

Leinelle is true hero. She is patient, friendly, and never gives in until the customer is satisfied. If you ever shop in the Pearl City store, please stop to see her. You won’t regret it.

The customer service is great, the music is peppy and from the 1960s-80s, and they even have automobile oil and such. It is most often a pleasant experience to shop here.

The plants and flowers are beautiful, healthy looking, and they have a vast variety to choose from, all reasonably priced!

Most of my home projects are owed to Home Depot.

Jimmy always greets his customers with a smile and has the most honest and personable approach to helping customers. I honestly go to lumber section hoping I run into this guy working. Thanks for all your help Jimmy your the man!
