The store was well prepared to make the experience safe during this time of Corona virus, restricting number of people in the store, clearly marking the area for social distancing. The employees were very helpful looking for what I needed.

On April 11, 2020 I placed an order online for express delivery to my home. I made an error in placing the original order and needed to add an item which necessitated calling my local Home Depot (Pembroke Pines r0259). On Easter Sunday I spoke to Ivette at the Pembroke Pines Home Depot who was very cheerful, capable, and knowledgeable. I just want to let you know that Ivette’s superior customer service made me feel good about being a loyal Home Depot customer. Kudos to Ivette!!!!

Customer service did not apologize for order that was not fulfilled as promised when I called to confirm item ordered online was in stock. I was also refused the option of having the item ordered shipped to the store for pickup even though the website and nearby stores had the item in stock.

As a Plumbing Contractor, we buy a lot of water heaters and HD, is always Convenient and close to our office. Today I bought a 38 gallon heater arrived at my clients house and the top of it was crushed as if it fell off a plane. Return to the store as one could expect a little upset. Their store manager Tameka, blew me away with her customer service and Accommodations. Not only did they get me a new heater off the top shelf, She also gave me a nice discount for my troubles. I did not expect that and how fresh it is to have a wonderful customer service experience like today. Keep up the good work Ma’am, and your employees are lucky to have you, to set example!

The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful and consider it MY FAVORITE Home Depot. The products are easy to find. If not, the staff ALWAYS goes the extra mile to help me out. I appreciate the associates always being able to give their honest and reliable opinions about specific products.

Help was a little scarce however the moment I asked Nat for help, she was super helpful and friendly too. Alex came to further assist and he was wonderful too, very efficient and nice. Self check out was easy and no line, always a plus.

Bruce was patient, listened to what I want and addressed any and ALL questions with expertise and stated in a way that was easily understood

In preparation for Hurricane Dorian, your associate Demetrius went out of his way to approach me in the parking lot and offer his assistance to help me unload 12 sheets of plywood (which I’m fully capable of doing on my own). This was greatly appreciated as I was on my way to pick up my two small children from daycare with plenty of work ahead of me to secure our home. I have full confidence that Demetrius’s act of kindness was not a fluke, but rather one example of his true character. I have many other more convenient places to shop for my needed supplies but I will continue to shop at your location.
