Exceptional Sales people

GIFT CARD SCAN
I purchased a gift card for Fathers Day and then there was no money on it. When I took the receipt to the store, they showed me where the card was used in Canada and we are in AZ. But they could not help me in any way, they wanted me to give the receipt to the gift card recipient and have him take it to a store to resolve. HOW IS THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE????

Horrible Customer Service
I was shopping with my mother for floor tiles. R asked for help to get me information about certain ones and asked 30 minutes only for no one to show up and help us and we had to help ourselves. When we went to check it my mother kindly asked if they were open when your employee Melissa a cashier rudely and smartly remarked they are all open and proceeded to stand there and do nothing until my mom asked again if she should go to the register. She made a face to a man by her and he laughed when she had to help us check out which is extremely rude. Please work on Melissa's and that boys customer service and their attitudes. If she didn't want a job working with people and helping them out and answering their questions then she should have chose a different job.
