never have on shelves what they indicate on line

I bought some shades and when I called the store to understand how the cutting worked, Lisa answered the phone and was super helpful. When I got to the store she was even more helpful. Made the trip fast and efficient.

Keton is a great employee. he so attentive.

Was have bar code issues and Head cashier Sharon A took the time to go through everything and save me $$$!

I went in to the store to return a can of unused ceiling paint and to purchase a dryer. Paul at the service desk was very welcoming and Bruce spent time answering each of my questions regarding the dryers, their sizes, settings, and pricing options. Making such a large purchase can be intimidating but with both of the employees' help it was a breeze.

I was greeted upon entering, every department I needed to visit had someone there to help and they were friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Checkout was the icing on the cake with the nicest man ever! All products I was looking for were available with decent prices. I look forward to returning in the near future!

This is my favorite store to shop because of friendly feeling there, everyone treats you like a friend. Never see anything misplaced or lying around, very neat and clean.

The employees in the flooring department were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process of purchasing flooring.

The Home Depot in Pittsfield, MA, is a convenient place to shop for all home needs including garden. The aisles are spacious and well marked in order to fine what you need. The prices are reasonable and the employees are friendly and helpful!

This store is often well supplied and with supplies and very helpful staff. We feel lucky they are close enough to visit for all of our home improvement needs!

Since the store opened 19 yrs ago or so, the one thing that has been constant is Sharon A! She was smiling and helping the 1st day and still doing the same!

I love going shopping at Home Depot in Pittsfield, I am always pleased and excited, there is always something new that sparks my interest that I don't find in other stores, I can buy everything I need except food!!!

People always say shop local what they don’t think of is the people who work at Home Depot are local! One of the best at this store is Sharon A ! Always goes the extra mile to help and make you feel like you matter!

This area is lucky to have a Home Depot here, that a homeowner can go in anytime and find what they need.

Overall good place to get a lot of items for remodeling and home projects. Some things are in short supply due to Covid. Mostly helpful and friendly staff; notably Mary and Kyle, and 2 great gents who have loaded bigger items in my car. Have been at the store almost every weekend for last 3 months as I bought a fixer-upper. A few issues with staff and customers wearing their masks properly, but that's true everywhere. Some very good deals to be had, but WHY are lumber and other prices SO HIGH! Some nice signage and info would be helpful. And why not issue some press releases to help consumers understand - and lobby with appropriate contacts and govt. officials to get this remedied... homeowners and contractors are getting killed by these price increases. Putting off doing projects!

I felt the store was well laid out and contained the items I sought. Also, the store associates were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the Pittsfield Home Depot store to other people.

Great service. Not always with a smile, but we are happy with the competent, knowledgeable staff. Our only complaint has to do with the tables of “discount” and “featured” items in front of places where lines form. Especially during Covid, clearly marked line areas and a reduction in clutter to facilitate social distancing would be much appreciated. There are 2 areas in the front of the store where those items could go instead.

The pittsfield Home Depot had what I needed. The customer service was wonderful. I was welcomed as I walked in and was able to easily get help finding what I needed. I appreciate the diversity of the employees. It was nice to see so many smart helpfully women. I will definitely shop here again. Thank you
