Always nice to go to a little city store. Only they don't carry a lot of things like lighting, fans, etc

Twice now I have tried to purchase 3/4 inch black PVC flexible pipe at my local store. Two weeks earlier I was told by an associate that no one uses 3/4 inch any more, EVERYONE uses 1/2 inch so that is all that is available at this store. When I told him I had purchased the 3/4 inch previously he nearly called me a liar. I left very unhappy. This visit I decided to ask the specialist "Daniel" in plumbing, he basically told me that I was looking for 3/4 in poly tubing. I told him no, he couldn't even show me the 1/2 inch pipe. He was also useless. Today I visited the Folsom Store where I was able to purchase EXACTLY what I was looking for after researching on line last evening.

everything was great except for the cell phone reception which is very poor...makes it hard to keep your spouse happy when you cant get her feed back while in the store !!

I like my local HD. It seems there are more associates on the floor than in past years. You can definitely tell the economy is picking up. If you do not like crowds get their early on the weekends!

Everyone is very helpful and friendly. The people in the paint department are especially helpful. I always have fun shopping in this store and always find what I need.

They need a bell at the saw station and faster associates.

We went for paint product..wasn't in the shelf so we ask assistance...someone seemed to be helping us but they disappeared and helped someone else

Shopping at the Placerville Home Depot is always a good experience. They have a fine range and depth of products, the store is clean, organized, and well-run. The associates are helpful and knowledgeable. And the cashiers and helpers to load my car are friendly and efficient. As a 70 year old woman with frequent wood-working, gardening, and simple home repair projects, I appreciate feeling so at home in a store that also serves professional contractors and ambitious do-it-yourself-ers. It's exciting to think of all the projects that people are working on and finding satisfaction in.

I went in the store to get new swamp cooler pads during a heat wave. I was hoping the staff was able to retrieve information about the size of pads I had purchased the year prior. The gal at the customer service desk was able to look up the size of the pads that I had previously purchased there, saving me from climbing on my roof to measure in the 100+ degree weather. I was so very thankful!

Store associate was very helpful and knowledgeable.

We wanted information about refrigerators and Paul was very helpful with showing and explaining the differences.

Having many projects to purchase for and usually my husband with me, I was a lil overwhelmed. I was greeted at the door and sent to appliances and helped by Katie. So sweet and very helpful, she made buying a stove very easy! She then directed me in the direction of my next project purchase. I must have looked very confused because Randy came up to me and asked if he could help me. Not knowing what he was in for he guided me through the store, making sure I got everything that I needed and items that my contractor was going to need. Some of the items I needed were to large for me to take home so the special orders desk, Peggy was great!!!! She set me up with a pro delivery. Those items were delivered the next morning by Jeff who was very nice. I have been in a few more times for a couple othere projects and have been treated just as great each time. Thank You Placerville Home Depot I will be back!

All the associates I encountered were very polite and friendly. I was impressed by their knowledge in their department and if they did not know they immediately got an associate that had the answer. The cashier was very friendly and nice. He had a big smile and got us through the line nice and fast. I appreciated that extra kindness from everyone I met at the store. Thank you.

I knew the store had what i was looking for because I researched it on line before going, I needed assistance to locate the item but assistance was hard to find, and when I did find someone to help he had no idea what I was talking about. So I continued to search on my own and I found the item in a location that was not where it should have been in my opinion. I tracked down the assistant and showed it to him. He was very thankful he said he did not know that particular tool was called that.. Home Depot is a good store and I usually don't have difficulties finding what I need. This was an exception. I would recommend Home Depot to anyone who is looking for home improvement items.

I am always greeted at the door and usually there is no line to check out. Easy in easy out!

I knew exactly what I needed but not exactly where everything was. The store associate was very helpful and directed me right to the location of all I needed. I appreciated the time that was saved by me not wandering around trying to find stuff.

A Placerville Home Depot is a great place to shop great atmosphere very friendly staff always have a good time whenever I go there. I would not hesitate to recommend this Home Depot to anyone .

The sales associate made it easy and gave me education on power drills. Even though I knew nothing about the products he was very patient and spent a lot of time helping me find the best one for my needs.

associates were helpful, friendly and really part of the Home Depot team spirit. It's that Placerville mountain air that makes everybody so willing to help. The associates were not just doing their job, they were enjoying the experience. As a long time HD shareholder, it's wonderful for our company's future to see such enthusiasm! One of the associates was interesting in knowing how to invest in our stock, another had a goal of being a store manager! Bravo Placerville!

lousy service, couldn`t get my Vets discount,won`t be back unless something changes

I needed about 15 items for a project, and I found everything easily except for the composite shims (I had not purchased any in a few years, so I forgot where they were). A store associate walked me over to them and had me on my way in less than one minute. Every time I go to this store I get great service!
