I often come to Home Depot to get supplies for work and things at home. Everyone is always friendly and helpful! They have superior products that are great priced and even better quality! Usually my go to!

Connor helped me choose the right size & style of blinds & cut them perfectly to fit the width of our window. Several other employees greeted me and/or smiled as I was walking through the store. Exceptionally friendly & I had multiple opportunities to ask for help if I needed it. Such a refreshing change from most large stores these days!!!

Aaron in the paint section was very knowledgeable and got me what I needed right away. Was professional and very polite! Hannah who was our cashier was also friendly and polite!

Not one friendy employee. From the front door to the you scan yourself register. I shop at least 1x a week. I've never encountered a friendly or helpful employee.

We have really enjoyed having this particular Home Depot store in our town, and so very close for us. We consider the town of moderate to comparably small in relation to some towns where we have dwelt; Nevertheless, we are very happy that our town is big enough to build here, and yet cordial enough to make us feel at home, and part of the local community. It's nice to drive less than a mile, and be able to get just about everything on our construction, repairs, home and rental updates, gifts, lawn and garden needs, etc. So far, in the many years that we have been shopping at Home Depot, there was only one time they were out of a certain item that we wanted, but within 3 days, they had been able to restock and let us know it was there. Thanks for being there with us.

Love this store and it’s employees! The staff is always helpful and happy. Their management team is top notch and it shows by how much everyone loves their job! Best customer service in town!

The pro desk ladies are the only people in the store who can help with everything. Bambie is the most effective home depot employee and she is the reason I and my crew return. Jill is wonderful and fast and Emma works hard for every customer. The pro desk girls deserve much more recognition!!!

Clean store, friendly associates, and quick customer service! This is one of the more organized HD stores we have been to. High quality service, kudos to management! It starts at the top! Way to train your employees on great customer service! Every department we visited, we were treated with the same professional, and eager to help employees.

I needed a particular tool (cordless Dremel tool) ASAP and found online that your Pocatello store stated that it had 6 in stock, so I went there. It took me 15 minutes to find the tool on display. I found (with difficulty) an associate who spent about 20 minutes or more searching for additional product, finally apologizing and left me.

Home Depot was the only store that had the electric riding lawn mower we wanted in stock that we could pick up today. We were able to check out, but then were sent back and forth around the store because no one could reach the right people to unlock the display model mower we just bought. We greatly appreciated the persistence of the cashier who first helped us to track down and get us to the right place so that we could leave with our purchase. Apparently a store policy had changed recently, which made the process difficult and confusing. While waiting in the garden area, we saw that the store has placed plastic holed netting in the rafters in an effort to keep birds out. Unfortunately, it only serves to keep birds from finding a way out once they get in and there were several dead baby birds laying in the netting, and many other birds flying around the plastic. I can only speculate that birds nested and then couldn't find a way out to get food for the baby birds. This netting is doing nothing to benefit the store and is only causing damage to the birds and the cleanliness and safety of the store.

Brittany, Emma, and Bambie are the only good thing about Home Depot!

The hardware associates and manager are the best.

Day shift employees are great There are a lot of night time employees who should not be in customer service. The night manager Kelly on may 6th 2021 is outright unprofessional and should not be allowed to be a manager or in my opinion an employee anywhere that requires her to work.

The customer service is amazing - Ken in particular did so much to help me figure out how to get a wheelbarrow home in my 4 door car - not a lot of room to work with for a wheelbarrow! I'm in the market for a truck but I was working in a time crunch to move some rock and I needed the wheelbarrow by a certain time that day. He literally took the stress of that off my hands - he wheeled it out for me and then (seeing that the car wasn't going to work) brought it in to disassemble it, carrying it back to the parking lot himself. I kept expecting him to say "well, good luck!" and when I told him I would just figure it out myself, he actually said something along the lines of "the customer is worth it". He really made me feel like he meant it. Thank you so, so much for turning a stressful, impossible shopping trip into something possible and doable.

What a pleasant experience! The employees were ghelpful and cheerful. Some great sales were happening today and the employees were so willing to direct us to them. We have finding what we need and more because of the reasonable prices. Thanks!

I came in specifically to upgrade my Traeger to a model that was on hand. I wanted to put it on my Home Depot Credit Card but didn’t know if there was a limit to what I could purchase on it. I went straight to customer service where the ladies were busy with customers that had called in. A gentleman behind the paint counter noticed and came over. He answered all my questions and walked to the Traeger’s with me. He wheeled it over to the customer service area, got me rung up and instructed me to drive my vehicle up to the door and he’d help me load it! Not only did he help me load it, he made sure it was secure for the ride home. He went above and beyond.

This store is always getting rid of anyone that Actually knows something and can help you. Its like the managers are threatened by anyone showing knowledge and so they replace them with people that are still learning and are not much help. They also go out of their way not to ask you if you need help.

I had been trying to get a drill press from Home Depot for about two weeks. The one that I wanted, was no longer available either at the store or online. I went through Home Depot.com and had a drill press shipped to my home. It was the wrong one! The one we ordered was not the one that was sent! we took that drill press to the store in Pocatello. Ann, in power tools, was more than helpful in getting us the floor model and letting us take that one home. It was the one that I originally wanted in the first place. Ann was such an extremely helpful employee, we’ve never had that kind of customer service before at Home Depot! She is a keeper for Home Depot!!!

Run! Find a different place to shop. Inventory isn't half of what Idaho Falls HD carries for some reason. Employees not well trained, or maybe not empowered by management...not sure exactly which? It is what it is. I shop here very rarely, and when I do it's because I've exhausted all other options. #lastresort

This Home Depot shines out as an example help to the community. The teamwork with ISU on the construction combine has been very impressive.

Store tends to be well stocked, associates are very helpful and seem better in department knowledge than other stores (and competitor's stores.) Location by two major freeways is a plus. Minor quibble, was that items I was purchasing (butcherblock countertops) were not located in a bay or sales rack, but in the overhead in a totally different department. (The end cap they were in last time was taken over by a tool display, not exactly the best use of said end cap IMHO.) The associates in Plumbing (second minor quibble, why does Plumbing deal with countertops, when that should be Millwork or Lumber?) did quickly assist me and got the items down and on my cart promptly. Finally, the cashier and department head did an excellent price match due to a disparity in pricing on one item, with no hassle at all.

I appreciate the helpful employees who are always willing to answer my questions.
