No help around, rude associates

this store is great and the customer service is second to none

VERY, VERY HELPFUL EMPLOYEES WHO GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP YOU FIND WHAT YOU NEED; THEY DON'T GIVE UP!!

the store could be cleaner. the associate that i had was rude and very disrespectful thus i will not go back to the pomona store.

The Associates at this location provide top quality customer service and truly show that they want to genuinely help. They’re extremely friendly, easy to find, and so knowledgeable!

I was assisted by Mr. Mark Hernandez during my visit on 2/24/21. Mr. Hernandez greeted me and offered to help me with purchasing erosion control keystones and answered all my questions regarding the implementation and installation of the keystone units for effective soil retention. He also motivated me to purchase additional items.

I was very impressed with the friendliest and helpfulness of the employees that helped me with my purchase. I was able to locate the water heater I wanted to purchase. I was also give an estimate on what it would cost to install. I hadn’t been to Home Depot in a while, but I was really impressed by the employees.The store was well organized and clean. I also appreciated having the brochures and the product display about the product I was interested in buying.

I went to the gardening section and found all the items I needed and checkout was pretty quick .

I purchased a gallon of paint from Home Depot today December 16, 2020. I was greeted by a former student and then another one that was working in the store(that made my day). I was later treated with additional professionalism with the young lady in paints and the young lady at the self checkout. I felt very safe in the store(many cars in the parking alot, however, I didnot feel I came in contact with many customers.) I thought the store was clean.

this location was the most best experience I've had since shopping with home depot! Abid and Michelle including the whole crew at home depot are a Blessing! They gave me and my family a $500 floor for our kitchen for $33 cause they are understanding and very caring for customers thanks guys for the blessings at such of a trying time much love

2 OF THE ITEMS I PURCHASED HAD RANG UP AT A HIGHER PRICE THAN WAS MAKED ON THE SHELF. ONE BY A FEW CENTS AND THE OTHER BY $3.....I WANTED 4 DOOR FRAMES AND THEY ONLY HAD 1 IN SHOCK. RESTROOM WAS FILTHY.

This store has the greatest employees . Always happy to help there customers! The products are easily found and priced right. I will always be a Home Depot customer. One last thing this store has always been very clean especially in this time of the COVID Virus! Carts are always clean ready for me to shop!!!!!!!!

Erika Quintero from Pomona Home Depot provide me and excelente service, best experience I had at this store, I have been shopping here for 20 years because is close to home but today thanks to the experience I had with her, I can say i will keep coming back because the service received. She went beyond helping us to search what we were looking. Always with a smile. You should hire more people like here! Best service ever!

With the new management in place this store is once again focused on customer service. The store is clean, the staff are professional and it is once again a pleasure to shop near my home.

Jazmine was a cashier and went out of her way to help me and was very nice to me! I hope she gets a homer award, im legally blind and she helped me find my product like a professional and made me feel good when she helped me! The guy that has a cool hairstyle like BOB MARLEY was very nice to me and helped me find sxrews! Erika in plumbing was no where to be found and she was in the break room for a long time and didnt come out even if they paged her 2 times! I hope jazmine gets congratulated by the store manager and hope she gets a $57,000 bonus check lol thank you again Jazmine :)

Great experience clean and safe helpful staff I would recommend this store to anyone

I came to your store for flooring and window covering. The associates were very helpful but communication was not good. I had to call flooring over 6 time to reach someone to check on my order. I purchase the flooring on 9/7/2020 and 9/22/2020, I was still waiting to hear the status. I finally got the answer.

Had great experience at this location. I was assisted in getting blinds for entire house by associate named Adib who offered exceptional customer service beyond any I have received at Home Depot. Adib spent time making sure I had the correct product for the window measurements I provided him. Adib also showed me a wide selection of carpets at store that I will be coming back to purchase for my home.

Nice clean store and restroom. The customer service was top notch! I found what I went there for; at a good price. Thanks Pomona Home Depot!

Overall the store is up to my standard, but I hope the cashiers care more about creating a welcoming environment for there customers.

Pomona Home Depot is a very busy store. Especially during daytime hours. Even so, employees always go out of their way to help you, and they are always polite and respectful. Always a pleasure to shop at this store.

I had no problems with this store, they always have what I need. The service was great.
