Lateria was very Professional

Managers at this store seem to think they know what is right, yet the store is dirty, employees can't answer ?'s and are usually nowhere to be found, isles are cluttered, plants are dead or lifeless, and the store has a staff that generally could care less about customers

Excellent store loaded with everything that someone could possibly need to build a home from the ground up. The employees were awesome and it is a great location.

I recently had a need to run in and grab a few things. The associate that helped me saved me not only time but frustration as well. This drop in was a great experience.

Although I'm a "Fun Size 5'2" I couldn't reach the item that Cindi helped me find. Cindi being maybe 1/2 inch taller than me (or shorter) reached the item for me. We laughed as she was on her tippy toes to get the item. She then gave great customer service checking me out. Thanks Cindi

I WAS LOOKING FOR COOKTOP CLEANER WEIMAN I HAD A HARD TIME FIND IT, SO A VERY NICE EMPLOYEE HELP ME AND HE WAS VERY POLITE.

Angela was the best today in the self checkout. I had 10 boxes of the same size and I didn’t want to scan each one individually. She took over and I didn’t have to make a fool of myself. Lol! Great experience

I am trying to purchase new carpeting and the advertising and sales clerk knows nothing...I dont think she thought I was actually going to purchase carpet!

Had to come from Rincon to pooler to get the pvc fitting that I needed to replace damaged fitting from the freeze we had in Jan.

Anything floor related Taneisha is your girl. She sat down and helped me with so many options and sent me in the right direction. Yolanda seems to be everywhere at the right time. She always has a smile and willing to help even if it’s not her department. John is amazing, he has always been willing to do anything to make things right. Our first experience with him was buying our lawn mower. He helped us compare brands and even helped us lord it. I had no Idea he was a manager. That’s the kind of manager that is a dime a dozen. He’s great to the employees and even more so to his customers. If you have any issues see him. He will make things right. Yolanda, Taneisha and John are our favorite people here and love to see them every time we come in.

The employees at each HD I enter are extremely helpful and kind. Thr problem I have is with the new military discount program. I have to take the time to go to the website or use an app in order to get to a QR code to get my discount. This is just a way of getting more traffic for both and there are those of us who are not very skilled in these areas. It should not be so hard, for those of us who served our great nation, to get a few dollars off. I could see if it was half off for each transaction but it isn't. Please just allow us to use our phone number and show ID. SIMPLE.

In line at Pro customer service desk and there were two lovely ladies working behind the desk. They both seemed a little stressed out or overwhelmed. I asked the question to one, and she wasn’t as helpful She made anshe made me feel rushed and then I stood in line to ask the same question to the other lady( salesperson PJP206) and she was very helpful. She went above and beyond what I was expecting, offered me a store, credit card or a pro XTR account and answered all my questions. . My point is that every employee should be on the same page and practice the 6 foot greet and smile. I love this store. Thank you for the services you provide.

ANGELA THE CASHIER WAS VERY HELPFUL DURING OUR VISIT.

Watch the prices on the shelf - if they are on the shelf many time I have found them to be incorrect. When mentioned to staff they argue with you. Also when you search to figure out what the price it is online - it comes up cheaper. Again the staff argue with you and tell you they do not honor the online prices. Very bad for business.

We had wonderful customer service at the Home Depot in Pooler, Georgia. Upon arriving at the store and entering the appliance department, we were approached by a nice young lady by the name of Jazmin Hunter. She ask us if she could be any any help and we explained to her that we were in need of an over the range microwave oven, we specified that we needed a black stainless steel and the dimensions that were needed to replace the one that had stopped working the night before. She immediately showed us the ones available in the color and the dimensions that we needed. She went above and beyond to help us complete the transaction. We also received great customer service from the two young men that came in today and installed our over the range microwave. They were very professional and friendly and cleaned up behind themselves nicely. I just wanted to leave a review because this day and time great customer service like we received is hard to find these days.

Ms. Sylvetta is the lady to see in customer service to assist you with your needs. Very polite and patient
