I like Home Depot in Three Rivers, Kalmazoo and also Portage are my favorite stores for home improvements.

Debi at the Pro Services Desk is awesome and can help you no matter how large or small your project is. Even if it's not in their store, she can find it for you. Don't hesitate to ask her, I'm sure she can locate what you're needing regardless of what it is.

Usually stock a variety of homecare products at reasonable pricing. Staff usually helpful and courteous to customers; generally knowledgeable of products in their work area.

Store members are very nice, as helpful as they can be, and try to be accommodating as possible. Some days are better than others, but that is the case with any store and any person. They are always helpful in trying to find exactly what you need or a way to accomplish what you need to have completed. The store is laid out in a manner that is easy to find items (for the most part). And whenever I have needed to ask for the manager on duty, they have always been very helpful. As I said earlier, some days may be a little different, but that all depends on if they are very busy, had people call in, and - just like you - may be having a bad day due to some crappy customer.

The store was fully stocked with the items I needed as usual and as always the case the associates were there to greet me and offer assistance. The Cashier Boneeka was extremely pleasant and professional , This is the best home improvement store I shop at.

We could not be more disappointed with the Home Depot on Portage Road. We ordered carpet in October and the carpet was supposed to be installed December 11th. We prepare the room for installation only to get a phone message, the day of installation, that there was a defect in the carpet and they cannot install it. This caused a huge inconvenience and was very disappointing. All that they could offer was an apology. Unacceptable, I canceled the order. What is the point of checking the carpet for flaws the day of installation?

Re: Small Engine Repair located in the Tool Rental Department From the intake by Mike H when we came in regarding our snowblower, to the repairman, Mike Millard, it was a great experience! They helped unload and reload the snowblower. When it needed further repairs they were very accommodating! I highly recommend the workmanship of Mike Millard!

Over the course of the last few months I have been remodeling my bathroom, which has led me to Home Depot countless times. One employee in particular, Mark English, now recognizes me, and welcomes me by name when I'm in the store. For a retailer of this size, that's unheard of, but really makes a difference. Mark has even remembered what I'm working on, and asks how the project is going! Great employees, great service, and I'll be a customer for life!

An amazing experience from beginning to end. Had a return which was handled quickly. Had help from Travis finding small Christmas trees. He was super helpful at finding the trees and appropriate lights. Also, had help from Kelly with carpet for stair runner. She was amazing. The department was super busy, yet she was able to service all of us in a timely and professional manner. All employees were so nice. Had 2-3 others offer to help me while in store. Cashier was sweet at the end too. It was such a happy/helpful store!!!!

Appliance was installed and did not work! Purchased a dishwasher on Dec. 13. Sales specialist was very nice. Dishwasher was installed on the 19th and never worked. Dishwasher will be repaired, if possible, on Dec. 5. If not repaired, I have no idea when I will get a new one, since it is now Kitchen Aid that I am dealing with. These are problems working with big companies. I have a payment coming up to HomeDepot credit card and the appliance does not even work. Too much time spent of phone and lots of time waiting for a resolution. ******The problem could just be simple like an installation problem but no one can check it for almost 2 weeks.

Your Kalamazoo store was clean and looked well stocked. At 84 years I wear out easily, any store associate in an aisle is "fair game" . I've never been turned down when asking assistance or directions - - -they always go with me and when I'm all checked out , there will be someone to help get any heavy items into my car.

Jay helped me with new dishwasher purchase and was knowledgable and courteous.

Love going to and spending time in the store they have everything with friendly clerks down each aisle to help you.

Ron makes this store a very pleasant place to be.

Everyone at this store is very friendly and go over and above to be helpful! They really care about your purchases and whatever you are doing, they offer knowledgeable advice. I also find everything I need in the store and if they do not have it, they look online and I receive it very quickly.

As I said in my review Ashia Smith is one of your greatest assets. She took control when online was no help When the window department was no help I’ve noticed her on other visits but this was my first experience . When I arrived I realized she has been the young lady on the phone helping me through this return and I can’t thank her enough. Jason Hatkowski she is an employee to be valued as Home Depot should value you. You are a honorary manager making sure I was reimbursed for my troubles. Thank you

I really like the Portage Home Depot Store. There is plenty of parking out front as well as parking near the large overhead doors making it much easier to get my lumber purchase loaded.

A lovely woman by the name of Boneeka helped me out today. Great customer service and helped me in every way. Very respectful and polite.

Stacey in the kitchen department was wonderful, she took the time to listen to me and design my new kitchen. Stacey was very helpful in answering my questions, with advise and getting me the best price. If you have a new kitchen, or kitchen remodel in your future, Stacey is the person to go to. I did deal with a couple of other companies, but was not happy with their lack choices and their lack of customer service.

I had another great experience at My local Home Depot. I was approached by three different employees with offers of assistance. What a breath of fresh air to have such great customer service in this day and age.
