I bought a few items and was satisfied with the assistance I received

One of the many strengths of our Portage Home Depot is the friendly staff. They are warm and helpful…. When I pass them in an aisle they typically look me in the eye and ask if I need help finding something. When I have interacted with the Customer Setvice staff for return or exchange, they are friendly and helpful also. It is a pleasure shopping here. Kudos to the management for hiring awesome staff.

I bought an under cabinet microwave at a great price. An employee loaded it onto a cart for me and thanked me. Restrooms were spotless!

Worse customer service at Home Depot on Westnedge in Portage.

You have only one store in Kalamazoo / portage It is in a very busy area and can be difficult to get into and out of the parking lot. Please consider building a new store on gull road that would serve Kalamazoo, Comstock, Galesburg and Richland areas

I have never had a dozen store staff ask me if I needed any assistance in a 15 minute shopping trip until today. Without question the most service oriented home store experience I have had in the last 20 years. If you’re old enough to remember what local hardware stores offered for service you will understand this review. It was simply outstanding. Great job Westnedge Home Depot. You’ve got it down and Kalamazoo is lucky to have you.

I had an issue with a tool I bought, Emily at the service desk personally walked me to the tool department and handled things like it was no big deal.

I bought this snow blower and unfortunately the belt driving the auger keeps coming detached. I have tried multiple tension settings and the belt simply will not stay attached to the pulley system

The quality of the items sold and the employees are much better than the other box stores. This is my first stop when doing any jobs or home improvements.

The shelves are always well stocked and I easily find what I need.

Before you buy something on line, check The Home Depot website and I bet they will have it.

I purchased a space heater at Home Depot. I really like the variations of heaters they had to offer and the fact they had stock to pick from. The price was higher then another store, but the other store was out of stock.

Been to the Portage store multiple times. Rebecca the cashier has helped us multiple times with credit card payments and checking us out! Always friendly and super nice.

I went into store just to compare pricing on flooring. The guy is in flooring was very informative and did not rush us at all. And he saved us time by advising which products best suited our needs. Then we were looking at area rugs, not really planning on buying but the lady employee was so nice and we decided to buy the beautiful rug. We did not have a buggy and we are older and she just politely picked up the rug and carried it to the front. What a surprise, excellent above and beyond customer service! You just don’t get that anymore in most stores. We will shop Home Depot more often now!

New window treatment will be an great asset to our spare bedroom, it is a Cordless Faux Wood Blind, looking forward to having it installed, it was affordable better than an Interior Shutter.

Applied for a credit card they told me I was eligible for A $100 off 4th purchase They only would give me $500 credit libut credit limit so I was not eligible for the $100 off but they gave me a $50 off and $50 coupon would not let me redeem the $50 coupon because I had to spend $300 to $999 then then I'll try again a second time and they told me I could only get the $25 off if I use my home depot credit card told credit card I am not happy with home depot at all I'm thinking about canceling my credit card and going to Some Other's home Home improvement imply for a credit card there at least they will give me what they promise

Very well organized - the only issue I have is it is inconvenient having those in front of you filling out a home Depot credit Card application while others are waiting to check out.

Great products and good deals

Poor customer service by a cashier, very unfriendly. Surprised to hear cashier call for someone to help a customer load their purchases and say "I need someone to help my two [expletive] customers load their crap". The customers were already out the door, but I was standing 5 feet away and I am sure other customers in line heard it as well. Very dissappointing

This is a really great store with friendly employees. It is super clean, easy to find things, and well stocked. They definitely go above and beyond to help here!
