Love my new lawn equipment

I needed help with getting a key made. The employee pointed out proceeded to continue walking away as I followed. This employee seemed to move fast out of sight to get to the other end of the aisle. After I reached the end, saw the person go down another aisle. When I got to that aisle seconds later, employee was gone.

Home Depot is very cluttered and aisles are so congested with product that many of the large items cannot be moved out down the aisles. The main aisles are so cluttered that it is difficult to walk around the store especially when you have a shopping cart. And forget having someone helping you to load your items. You're going to be waiting a while. But I guess you don't have to care when you're the only game in town.

Always get great service when dealing with Home Depot. I find it hard to find someone knowledgeable at other home improvement or hardware stores.

Linda at customer service was extremely awesome and kind.

Employees are not willing to help and the store was a mess.

Miriam (Manager) and Angela (Assistant Manager) were professional and truly committed to providing exceptional service.

I had a very satisfying experience. The service was great. I was helped to get a credit card. So I could buy a much needed washing machine.

We received exactly what we needed after we shopped at this location in Porter. The service was exceptional from Linda at the check out and from Jennifer in the paint department. Also, we asked some employees for suggestions to help with a project and they had good ideas and pointed us to the correct area in the store to get what we needed.

There were pty registers on Saturday which is the most popular day. Some lines were 7 or more

The store is always busy and always stocked well and employees are always helpful with finding items and project advice.

Randy goes above & beyond to help customers. He picked out everything to remodel by bathroom & it is beautiful!!! He is so kind & helpful. Porter Home Depot is the best! Don’t go to Humble Home Depot, they are terrible!!! If you need help at Porter Home Depot, ask for Randy! Friendly service with a smile

Although I didn’t find the plant that I was looking for, I was able to find one that suited my needs.

I was a customer at this store and had the pleasure of being assisted by Angela (Assistant Manager) and Heather (Gardening).The service they provided exceeded my expectations and went beyond what's expected of employees. This store is GREAT because of employees like Angela and Heather!

We were looking for a washer and Coach was extremely knowledgeable and helpful!!

I'm sick to death of being my own cashier, if I have to, how about not stopping people at the door, you want me to cut down on your manpower bills, guess you should trust people.

Shelves are bare and in disarray in lumber, and the employees are dreadful. They mostly act like they hate their jobs and won't help you when asked. I won't be back.

The customer service desk is always great!

All I needed was a small $2 dollar item and Tami was so great getting me done quick. Allowed me to check out at refund desk.

After placing the order, the store fails to answer questions over the phone about the delivery status and, reps would leave you holding on the phone line until you give up and hand up the call ! I made large orders within 7 days however, I didn’t receive the proper communication from the store reps when needed !
