Poulsbo Home Depo is always a great experience with helpful and knowledgeable employees.

First rate service in a friendly environment.

Who ever manages this store is great leader. The staff here are the absolute best in service and humor.

The kids workshop is located in front of the back loading dock and blocks the entire lumber aisle. Cashiers go to lunch, with a long line of customers waiting. Carts are always out in the parking lot, bring your own, from the parking lot when you arrive. Stock may be out, and you can not get more down from the top shelve. Store is overwhelmed on a Saturday morning. Not enough clerks, the few there are running around useless. No management in sight. Cluster of merchandise blocking the aisles.

Needed a new lawnmower. Picked out two models I wanted to look at on-line, saw that the Poulsbo store had them in stock. Went to Poulsbo, selected one, and bought it. Attentive staff completed the sale expeditiously.

The associates at this store are consistently polite, helpful and pleasant!

Lumber and material marked plainly and clearly with all the choices I would need. Didn't feel like a stranger more like a well known customer.

This is my go to for any of my handyman jobs. Lumber, plumbing, electrical, very seldom is what I need is out of stock.

There are many associates in this store that are helpful, polite and respectful- Abbey in Contractor sales and Darrell "trip" are 2 that are consistent in their excellent customer service!

I shop in Seattle and Bellevue and Issaquah and have had a project going in Poulsbo this month. The staff is available, helpful and efficient. They don't act like they are put out when you ask them a question. They are like the Les Schwab of Big Box Home Stores.

the customer support in the appliance area is fully staffed, available, knowledgeable and friendly.

This Home Depot has a great lumber department the guys working there keep the lumber full and clean, I had at one time bought a marked down 4x8 ply wood that was bent from the rain and the man still cut it so it would fit in my car I do not have a truck anymore. The gardening department I love now that I'm retired I have the time to watch the birds and the bees work my garden I love it ,thank you To all that make it happen.Allen

Since relocating to the area, the local store has shown itself to shine when compared to experiences in San Diego. Employees are consistently friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, or they go out of their way to find another associate proficient in the area of my question.

In the world and culture of Home Depot, the Poulsbo store stands out. Wonderful people, great service and an amazing selection. Just moved from Edmonds where their two local Home Depots are severely understaffed. Their few employees are overworked and totally overwhelmed. The Poulsbo store has renewed my faith in Home Depot

The people that work in this store are always helpful, no matter how busy they might be. If I ask about the location, they will take me to it as often as not. I can always find what I need at this store.

If you want customer service talk to the women at HD they truly know what service means

This Home Depot is wonderful to visit. I have always had personal help when needed, and am usually delighted with the access to cashiers and check out machines in a timely manner. The guy in Lighting is really knowledgeable about the array of new light bulbs out there, and how the pricing is controlled in regions served by the electric grid. The people in the kitchen remodel area are fabulously helpful. Our countertop project was professional, on time and within budget through Home Depot, and we are very happy with the granite selection we had through the affiliated companies Home Depot works with. The installers were artists and very professional. Home depot has also always had the products we have needed for just about every garden solution, as well. This Home Depot has wonderful parking, and is near lots of other useful businesses. So, in summary, it is in a great location, has excellent staff, and is well-run.

Carol and Jessica were great at customer service Jessica rang up my items while Carol went and got my order and took my order to the pro loading zone and loaded it in my car GREAT service from Both of them.

Fantastic customer service today by the young man in the garden center. He went above and beyond to help me find a couple of items. I'd had a long workday and this was a great way to end it. It's so nice to run into such amazing, helpful employees!

"Shop Here." Especially if shopping for flooring or carpets. The employee helpfully listened to what carpet I describing and helped me find it while being helpful and honestly pleasant with the smile. No Zombies working here.

I attended the "Do-It-Herself" workshop at the Poulsbo location. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by friendly employees, and guided to the workshop. I made a s'mores tray. Andy was super helpful taking the time to demonstrate how to safely use the tools. During the process, I learned how to use a Ryobi Nail Gun. I definitely recommend the class, and the store.
