The product I got was magnetic vent covers and they worked just great and solve the problem at a very reasonable price.

Only a single CASH register in the store accepts cash. Waited for minutes in line while customers paying with card were casually strolling up, paying and exiting the store, while those of us paying with cash ( around 4-6) waited ... all while the clerks ignored us

Employees are always ready to help, store is very clean and easy to find needed items.

Jacquelin was very rude and accused me of damaging an already broken item that I bought which is why I came back the same day to return the item.

I come inside the store just to make 2 copies of 1 key. I can’t find it so I ask an employee (Cliff) who was walking, “Hi, do you know where I can make a copy of a key?”. He doesn’t look at me & immediately he states, “I’m already helping someone else” & keeps on walking. Like ok? Rude. That’s not good customer service. He definitely could’ve responded in a different/nicer manner. So I continue walking & eventually find the key copy machine. I make my 2 copies, as well as help an older gentleman make 2 copies of their key. Mr. Cliff then decides to walk back to me & ask if I still needed help. I stopped wanting his help as soon as he was rude the first time, so I say no thank you. Cliff looks at me a weird way & said okay and kept on walking. Later, as I was checking out my 2 keys at self checkout, the guy (I wish I knew his name) who was helping at check-out asked if I needed any help. I smiled and said no thank you. Once I was done, I started to walk out the store & the same guy wished me an amazing day and happy holidays. Now THAT’S good customer service.

Helped fix an issue that their store didn’t even create

The cashier, Angelina, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She got mad at me for being unable to hear the phone number she asked me to provide. She snapped at me to speak up because she could not hear me, but the reason she could not hear me is because she was chewing her gum with an open mouth. Towards the end of my transaction, she attempted to hide the receipt behind the PIN Pad because I had inquired about how to fill out the customer survey at the end of the transaction.

Brandon and Eula in the outside garden department are good examples for your store. Both provided excellent customer service on a recent visit and should be commended. They add value to your store.

I am so happy with my experience today at Home Depot! An employee there went out of his way to help me and when he no longer could help me he brought in a specialist. AND the cashier was very courteous and polite.

I had 5 items to return from my online purchases over an 8 month period. It was quite challenging, however, Kristen figured it out and never gave up and was quite gracious the entire time it took to resolve my issue. It was customer service at its very best!

Liz did a great job giving us all the options for our recent refrigerator purchase. She is the best! Highly recommend you check in with her if you have an appliance purchase in your future!

this store does not have access to Home Depot items / Info Nation wide. They do not honor or recognize items purchased outside of this store. On an individual basis, employees are not empowered to make obvious adjustments without a supervisor, and manager must approve all simple exchanges. Store is clean and well organized. Most employees are friendly.

If you need flooring or appliances, see Maria and/or Taylor. Both are wonderful, kind, and have product and pricing knowledge that they willingly share - they work in the best interest of customers.

Isabel at the Pro desk provided excellent service.

The head cashier Doris was so helpful and knowledgeable. We had a lot of questions and she answered them all quickly and professionally. She was also really funny and had a great personality! She made a boring trip fun

The Power Inn store is my second HD I use. Primarily the West Sacramento store is my local store and they are great also.

Rob helped us find obscure bolts, screws and drill bits needed urgently for a home project. He enabled us to get exactly what we needed. Great job, Rob! Thank you, Home Depot!

Walked through the whole store a few weeks ago annd was ignored until a worker named Rich approached me and finally answered my questions and helped me figure out my project. Very knowledgeable, Only one in store who had any clue what I was talking about, came back today a couple weeks later and he remembered me and helped me again. Need more workers like him here. Only reason I gave 5 stars
