store was clean and products were easy to find for my latest work project, of course last minute additions by the owner. i needed help getting plastic ties cut in order to get the sheets i needed. i had just turned to look for help and 2 store associates were right there to help. it made my late night last minute add ons easy instead of a pain.

Michelle is awesome, she is always there to help me!!

The associates are always friendly and if someone is not available in the isle you need then someone will call for you and have them meet you in the isle. They are prompt and always courteous whenever I've shopped there. They will recommend better products when one is available and explain the use of anything you are purchasing.

I had to dig threw a pile of wood so i could find 24 pcs. With no help from any of your associates. I fine eveytime i go tere i never can find any associates to help me. But it will not stop me from shopping there, your store is convenient location for me.

On this day I was in to pick up a closer for a door. I was greeted by an employee who goes by Super Dave. Dave always greets me with a hello and a smile. He is always fast to help me if help is needed. This store has so many great employees and it makes it a pleasure to shop here.

I came to the store with only one aim in mind, to exchange two empty tanks for two full tanks. I parked near the tank exchange area and went into the HOME DEPOT, I found the cashier just finishing with one couple when I got into line and was taken immediately. Went the transaction was finished, I was quite surprised to see the attendant at the tank exchange there waiting for me. He helped me remove the old tanks and load my new tanks and after initialing my receipt he wished me a Good Day. I had such a Great experience at that end of HOME DEPOT that I went to the Garden center for some information about my Mango tree, I asked the cashier who picked up a radio and called for an associate, who asked my problem and suggested a couple of different minerals that might be lacking and could cure my Mango problems. All in All it was a very pleasant experience.

I like shopping at Home Depot in Punta Gorda, Fl. and would recommend it to anyone who was looking for a great shopping experience. The sales associates are so helpful and knowledgeable. Check out clerks are also friendly and helpful. I especially like the idea of having a greeter upon entering the store. They can save a person so much time especially if you are in a hurry. They can give you information of where to find certain articles etc. The store is clean and well laid out. I would rank this "5".

My local Home Depot store has the best people working there. I am always greeted with a smile and a hello every time I walk into the store. I was in the store for help with a Ridged camera that stopped working. Two associates, Tom in rentals and Mary from special services went out of their way to help me with my item. They made me feel like a special customer in how they helped me with with my situation. I honestly can't say enough good things about about the two of them. Thank you Tom, Mary and all the staff that make me always feel welcome at the Punta Gorda Home Depot.

I always appreciate the assistance from an associate which makes finding items much easier than guessing the correct isle location.

Manager of the lawn and garden was EXTREEMLY helpful, went out of his way for us.

We visited HD to get question answered about window treatments. Our HD associate Michael Gabbard was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and very kind to our berage of questions. Only because of him and the quality of the product we will be returning to HD to complete the order process after measurements have been taken. Love shopping here (Punta Gorda store) as the store is usually not crowded, no long waiting in line, good inventory, clean, spacious, and the staff is very helpful with figuring out remedies to problems. Shopped here for years and will continue to do so!

I was on my way to a job site when i got a call to pickup some supply's. I knew where to go, and i knew they would have what i needed. When it was time to checkout there was help to load. That means a lot.

I drive extra miles from my home in Ft Myers to Punta Gorda to shop at Home Depot and pay 1 % more on sales tax just because of the nice store and mostly the very good associates there

I go there often. It has easy access, plenty of parking, and next door to a good supermarket. The people there are helpful and the selection is very good.
