What additional precautions is The Home Depot taking in light of COVID-19?
As part of our normal practice, our stores and other facilities are cleaned and sanitized daily. I would like to see a better selection of lighting options. It is limited and needs more variety & modern options. I also would have liked to see some designer tile options for backsplashes . The ones available were more fore apartments than to customize a home. The flooring options & pricing was good. I also would have liked to be able to look at samples of colred (vibrant) grouts . Staff however was amazingly helpful and i enjoyed the experience overall. I will be back!

Customer Service Above and Beyond
I needed to buy mulch. The first associate couldn't find any of the sale mulch, so I went to the front desk.Jason Rotondo was about to leave for the day to pick up his son. Instead, he saw on the computer there was more mulch in the store and walked me back to find it. He, Tom Villanova and Ricardo Knight realized that I am a frail older woman, so they loaded the dolly, taping some open bags that I wanted as well. When they found that my car was too small to load all the bags, Ricardo offered to deliver it to me in a company van. He delivered it, piled it neatly in my driveway and refused a tip. These 3 associates were scheduled to be off duty, but they stayed late to help me and went above and beyond what I would have expected. I am very appreciative of their assistance.

Not all Home Depot stores are created the same... the Quincy Home Depot #2670 put some of the other stores I’ve visited to shame. The workers actually seem like they genuinely want to be of service. Great job with COVID19 safety as well. Please store #2670, share your secrets to success with the South Bay store in Roxbury. They are ridiculously terrible.
