The store always has friendly employees that are willing and available to help. They seek and accommodate the customer every time I visit. Also, the products are just the correct item easily found.

Cashier Angela is very rude at the Rainbow store. I will follow her advice and go somewhere else.

I have worked in the Construction Industry all of my life. Going to Home Depot has always been a positive experience. The people are very friendly and always eager to help. Many of the employees have been professionals in a certain trade earlier in life before working at Home Depot. I would (and have) recommend them to anyone.

This is the first time I have ever experienced any problems at Home Depot we are here at least 2 to 3 times a week. So when I came in for several cans of spray paint and batteries thought I was going to be in & out. Well not today first self check out wouldn’t scan products or the girls badge. So we went to the next self checkout. She scanned my spray paint and I notice it was asking for my ID so I got it out and was handing it to her she said no I’ll just put mine in. I was shocked I told girl I don’t think you’re supposed to do that she says I can see you are over 18 I told her that’s not the point you are not buying the products I am and I put my birthday in it & almost immediately the girl got an attitude because I told her what she should not be doing next thing I know she start scanning everything that I had and I told the young lady I said one second these are going to different place I need them to be rung up separately you didn’t ask me you just started scanning I need you to take off the batteries. So she did and I paid. All while she was standing watching me. Her behavior was very aggressive made me feel very uncomfortable. I started scanning the batteries I scanned twice and noticed I did not put my pro x number in if you go to payment you can’t go back and put it in. All the whole girl watching me . So I just quickly paid so I could leave I didn’t want to keep dealing with her aggression. Then I remembered I needed a hooks so I asked the guy who was also there making sure I avoided talking to her. If I could leave my bag there and go get the other items. He said sure. Next thing I know the girl picks up my bags and tells me she’s taking them to another area so I told her ok well let me get my receipts out bags so when I come back if you’re gone I can prove there my bags. She said no and grabbed my receipts I was highly upset & confused by her treatment & now dealing with this psycho. She said I need to check your bags I’m like girl you just stood over me & watched me ring up my order. So then she told the young man so I’m standing there patiently she says you didn’t ring up both batteries I said yes I did you heard it scan twice & paid if it was an issue why wait until I finished paying. She called manager and again I patiently waited the young man show I was getting upset by this girl behavior and came over to help he said yeah it’s only one see I said ok it’s not a problem I heard 2 scans but her behavior was causing me anxiety I was just trying to leave he scan it again and I paid for it while the manager was there and he said Im sorry this is not the first time the girl has done this with other customers. he said her attitude has caused a lot of problems I told him then she should not be helping customers then. This girls aggressive behavior was not what I was expecting when I came over to ring up

Rosa, the employee who graciously assisted us, proved to be extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. Her friendly demeanor and expertise allowed us to avoid spending countless hours matching paint colors. She effortlessly located all the colors we needed.

The people at this store seem to be a bit more knowledgeable. Additionally, Brian helped us with some wood and not only did he ensure we had what we needed for our project he did so while making us laugh.

The merchandising staff went out of their way to help me even though they did not work at home depot. And I also checked out with Mary the Asian Malaysian at customer service and she was very friendly and nice.

Cashier name Diego was rude

I had to return a damaged item. Hassle free and painless. Then I went shopping for some new plants. Great selection. Employees were very helpful.

I'm a regular at the Rainbow Home Depot. I have good things to say about most cashiers, except when my purchases are handled by Angela. She questions my purchases too much while she does not do that for other customers.

Mary who works in customer service was extremely helpful. She was determined in finding the missing part on one of the lawn chairs I recently bought and called other numerous Home Depot locations. I didn’t think there was any hope as it was a seasonal product but with a miracle, she found it! I can’t express my appreciation for her enough as she truly went above and beyond.

I come here often since I live near by. I have always had consistently good experiences with all the employees. I feel comfortable shopping here as a female and can come up to any employee without feeling weird, if that makes sense. The store is always clean, well stocked, and employees always help me find a variety of solutions to my needs. I've had both short and long conversations with different employees about planting/gardening all the way to the different types of roof insulation, and come here often to get custom paint mixed. I feel like I can trust and depend on the people who work here. I never feel like Im in the way or inconveniencing anyone. It's always a positive experience and this is why I wanted to take the time today to acknowledge that!

Erik in paint was amazing. He was very patient and mixed my colors perfectly. I've rarely seen such good customer service.

Items being in the wrong place ended up with me spending half an hour trying to check out. With zero assitance from the check out person(Angela) and making myself walk back and forth to where I got my items to double and tripple check if what I picked up was in the wrong place. I dont care that items were in the wrong location, I dont care that I had to pick something different. I care when when somene tells me the "the price is what it is and i'm not changing it"... I didnt ask to change it, I said the price on the label is different than what you're telling me. And them I'm left to figure out. Snarky and arrogance doesnt get you very far. I'm very happy we have other locations and options to choose from. Whats crazy is I was in the best mood, its Friday, a good day, annnd I should have just left and gone elswhere.
