The tool rental department is probably the best in Baltimore. The African lady, Ucheoma is very friendly and easy to talk to.

If you are ever in need to buy new doors for your home. Be sure to work with Diane! She is amazing and very knowledgeable.

I've been shopping at this store since it opened. Having lived in this community coming up on 30 years, this is truly the first time I've felt compelled to write a review. Your store has most everything I need and I can speak for my husband (of 41years yesterday!) as well. We have both visited several of your stores and it is refreshing to be able to shop near home. The fact that you maintain your garden department so well in spite of the fact that department is often considered a loss leader by many, speaks volumes. Respect!

I shop at the Randallstown location all the time, with good reason. The store is clean & normally well stocked. The personnel are always polite & well informed. On my June 10, 2021 visit two personnel stood out! James, the Asst. Mgr. and the person at the return desk, Roe, went out of their way to facilitate a difficult warranty exchange. I've always liked that store and this visit reminds me why! Thanks guys!

Good shopping experience

The assistant manager Fernanda and cashier Ingrid made what could have been a bad experience a great one due to great customer service. I ordered a rug online and had it shipped to the store. The wrong one was sent and that presented a problem trying to return it but they had patience and figured it out. Fernanda took me to the rug section and helped me select another one, which saved me from having to wait for another to be shipped to the store. they were very pleasant and accommodating. Fernanda also took the rug to my car as I was in a boot. I may be spelling Fernanda's name wrong but I need to express how great she made my experience.

Ms. Antionette and Ms. Robin are exceptional professionals that will find answers, provide customer service at a very high level and make you feel comfortable without disrupting your shopping experience! Thank you Ms. Antionette for going above and beyond!

There was a young girl in the doors and was looking for work benches and she helped me find them. I also asked about flooring for my basement and I needed subfloor she knew what she was talking about and I’m hoping to get the job done very soon. Glad someone was there to help me. No one was present in flooring at the time. Overall my experience was pleasant.

In and out service was superb. Valerie at the self checkout was superb greeting each customer as they arrived and very helpful when needed. She is super with customers. The store was clean and organized. I highly recommend shopping at Home Depot in Middleburg!

I went in this evening to get a couple items. I recently had foot surgery. I got to the register and realized one of my items didn't have a bar code on it. I really didn't want to have to walk all the way back to the rug section. Jessica asked if I needed help. I explained the situation and she tried to look the item up. When it didn't come up in the system she began trying to check the website from her phone. She had no luck. She asked her coworker, Anika if she'd go back there for me to check the price and get the code. These ladies went above and beyond to help resolve my issue. They were friendly, professional and patient. I sincerely appreciate their kindness and the lengths these ladies went to in helping me. They are truly assets to your company.

The Randallstown HDepot is not my closest branch, but they had the items in stock that I needed. I was thoroughly impressed from my initial phone call, to entering the store for my first time, through interacting with the employee who was holding my items and onto check out. They showed attention to being helpful with pleasant positive energy and a real sense that their roles were important to them. They were professional in every way. The store overall had good energy and was clean & orderly. I wish my local store was more like it.

Be careful your cashier is Terrea; she is a very crude person and seems to hate her job. The rest of the store is fine.

Store #6945 Randallstown has a very friendly, professional and extremely helpful staff every time I visit. This is not my local Home Depot but it's worth the drive to experience a level of customer service unlike no other. The questions I had were answered with no hesitation. Each associate I encountered has gone above and beyond what was necessary and always with smiles and laughter! Their interactions with fellow coworkers is more like that of old friends at social events, while maintaining a high level of professionalism!! The store was clean and orderly, every item I've needed was in stock and in it's proper location. Associates had carts available for the larger items I purchased...Love this store!!!

Robin - cashier working in the Customer Service area on 1/6/2021 was extremely pleasant and patient with my return and repurchase of an item. Although she had on a mask her voice let me know she was smiling the entire time. In times like this - this level of customer service is greatly appreciated. She also enlisted the assistance of a young male employee to help load my purchases into my vehicle - in which he was more than happy to do - although his name escapes me right now - I appreciate the both of them.

The Randallstown MD store is well organized, clean, and well managed, and has knowledgeable staff that are courteous and always there to assist you in all your needs!

Diane the sales rep was very knowledgeable and friendly. She took her time and went the extra mile to make sure I was getting the best products for my home improvement project.
