I have a beautiful MAYTAG Dryer. Customer service, delivery and product are Fantastic. I will always shop first at Home Depot before going anywhere else for my household to do list!

HOW CAN YOU BETTER KEEP EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS ADVISED OF NEW PRODUCTS. A LOT OF TIME I LEARN ABOUT NEW PRODUCTS AND TOOLS AS I WALK AROUND AND WHEN I ASK THE PRO DESK THE TYPICIAL COMMENT IS I DID NOT KNOW WE HAD THAT.

store was clean. that was about it. nobody was really helpful in any regard.

TOM (PLUMBING DEPT) and Marilyn (cashier) were most helpful. Tom actually took me to 3 depts looking for what I needed today. Marilyn gave me bonus dollars for opening a Home Depot Charge card. Thank you to both !

Frank L at the returns desk very cooperative understanding supportive in helping me yesterday. He saved me time and effort I did not have to explain situation to others or wait for others at Home Depot to turn me away Frank L was quick to understand and helpful on the spot. Thank you Frank L my business is with Home Depot because of people like Frank L. My problem for solved because of his quick cooperative help yesterday.

Phenomenal customer service and always fully stocked with what I need.

I was in an extreme hurry due to an emergency call I received from a customer. John Carson and Terry at the pro desk grabbed materials that I requested over the phone and had them waiting for me in just a few minutes time. I was able to run in, purchase the material, run out and fix my customers water leak before it was out of control and did too much damage. It's prompt work like this and sense of urgency for their customers is what makes this particular store so popular with the contractors.

Christina and Shannon went way above and beyond to help me with a customer install. My customer had bought from what I assume as a display or floor model appliance. There where some items missing from the unit and these two young ladies helped me find what I needed to finish the install. Sounds simple but,,,, NOT REALLY! The missing items weren't exactly common but they managed to get what I needed to accomplish my goal. You could use more people as motivated as they are to get solutions instead of problems.

Jody Beam went out of her way to find a store that still carried the type of fencing I needed to match a customer existing fence. She saved not only my time and money, but my customers as well. Any time I need something, the people at this store never fail to find a solution.

I'm preparing to have a second full knee replacement and was looking for items to make my recovery around the house more convenient. Sam and Augie both helped me with different options and appliances I was specifically looking for. The customer service at this store is definitely the model of which other Home Depots should follow.

This store has the best customer service than any other Home Depot iveI shopped. Even the obviously newer hired employee has been informed to greet and offer assistance. The assistant manager Trisha went way out of her way to help me replace my stolen tools. She is as good at her job as she is pretty.

On a recent visit when they made a mistake they did not stand by it, which amounted to lost money on my part and an inconvenience of time. I realize that mistakes are made, but when you don't make an effort to fix it in a reasonable way it's very frustrating. I used to shop here all the time, but will now try to avoid this store and take my money elsewhere.

I was shopping for a few different projects I had lined up and had to go to a few different departments. At each Department an associate was very helpful in answering any questions I had about the product I was purchasing.

Associate told me no $75 credit for using Home Depot card on $2300 refrigerator.

I found that the employees were very attentive I did not have to search for help. store was very clean and employees were kind and smiling. I got that customer matters feeling throughout the store.

Consistently friendly, helpful, and well informed staff in each department. I shop at a number of area Home Depot's and this one has always been my go-to store. They keep the store organized, clean restrooms, and a great staff.

We had such a great experience with Garrett that I even called and talked to the store manager Ryan, to tell him GARRETT WAS AN EXCEPTIONAL employee.

Out of all the big box stores in the area I have found this Home Depot to be the best. Service has been excellent and the staff has bent over backwards to help us find what we need. Thank You Home Depot.

Great store to shop and all the employee's are very helpful & friendly

The employees have always been very helpful. I have been going at least once a week this past two months because of a project I'm working on and I have never encountered a rude employee or one not willing to help. Store is always clean and organized and I always find close parking which is a plus!

Fast, friendly, helpful service. I am mobility impaired and multiple store associates asked if they could be of any help.

Be careful when checking out. They overcharged me $20 on a $149 item then refused any consideration for my return trip and pricing research to confirm their mistake.

The store employees are great! They always go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. I really like that they know exactly where everything is so that I don't have to wander around looking for what I need. I didn't notice if the store was clean and I would have noticed if it was dirty. It looks and feels like a home improvement store should! One particular employee, Sam Robbins has been awesome to work with. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Sam helped us on one occasion and now we ask for him every time we go to the Home Depot! One really great thing that they had when I walked in the last time was a gentleman handing out cold water. It was 110 degrees that day and the water was refreshing!

John in the Truck rental dept, really went way above and beyond all expectations, really worked hard to resolve a serious and did it with a smile. He is truly an asset to HD. Best customer service I've ever had at HD. Thanks again John!
