What additional precautions is The Home Depot taking in light of COVID-19?
As part of our normal practice, our stores and other facilities are cleaned and sanitized daily. Following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we've increased the frequency of cleaning and general hygiene maintenance in stores and other locations. We've also stepped up our efforts to disinfect high-traffic and high-touch areas like self-checkout, door handles, and bathrooms, as well as posting signage about handwashing and other preventative actions.
We're promoting social distancing in our stores and distribution centers, which includes stores limiting the number of customers inside at any given time. keeping product squared away
store was clean, check out is average wait time. unfortunately many customers don't put things away properly and store associates don't seem to spend enough time "facing" the product and checking that they are in the correct spot. several times I have noticed that the app says you have product and I have to get associate to restock the item because the wrong item is in it's place so it is assumed that there is no need to replenish items. electrical can be a difficult area to maintain but it takes me minutes or less to realize parts in wrong spots and or inventory is incorrect and I don't work there.

I need some signs for my home business and somehow lucked out and ran into the person who makes the signs for Home Depot. She helped me pick out the Create a Sign and then said she would do the writing on it. Wow - that was awesome. The writing was clear and looks so professional (much better than mine would have). I was so impressed I went back and bought a few more signs and she again did the writing. Cannot say thank you enough!

Great store with very helpful employees
I went to the store and was taking the key off of my key ring. The associate saw me doing that and proactively asked if he could help me make some keys. That was exactly what I needed and within a couple of minutes I was on my way with several keys. It was very nice to have the immediate help!

Almost always I have a great time shopping the Redmond Home Depot
I can almost always count on the store to have what I came in for and usually find an associate to help me find what I need. Everyone there tries really hard to help the customer and are very friendly.
