I went to all the home improvement stores in the area and found better products here and the service was outstanding.

Employees went above and beyond to help me.

I was provided excellent customer service by the assistant manager. He was very accommodating.

Lisa, at checkout, was the first and only employee to greet me, provide any customer service, and thank me. She was courteous, kind, welcoming, smiling, professional. I wish every employee was like Lisa. Only reason I didn't give this store 1 star was because of Lisa.

Had to wait 45 minutes to her a tool unlocked to purchase. Terrible that the associates that came to help were not able to get a manager on duty to help them!

James helped me today w/ an extensive list-both large and small items. I couldn't have had a better experience!!! He walked w/me to all depts/loaded all my items for me, went to register w/ me then loaded everything in my car. Very nice and pleasant.

Stephanie went above and beyond to help me.

The employees were so helpful and experienced in the products I needed for home project and very polite. It was a very pleasant visit/purchase.

I detest "self-checkout." I will wait in line to get a real cashier. Today, I was lucky to get into Lisa's line, and it was a great experience of customer care and service. She was friendly, helpful, professional, and genuinely warm. I wish they could clone her and open all the registers.

I practically live at this store. Excellent product selection, they don't reset departments so it's easy to find stuff, especially with the app. I would suggest that when a customer is purchasing a product that requires age verification the employee just do that without commenting on the customers age. That would make the experience more enjoyable.

Home Depot is my "go to" store because they still believe in customer service and are very helpful.

I went shopping yesterday and my cashier Lisa was so awesome. She went out of her way to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed for the project I was working on! She informed me that the wood I was getting was actually priced by the foot and not by the plank. And I just really appreciated her going above and beyond

During my visit, I needed probably six items that I was unsure of their location. Even one item I needed was only available for delivery. However, every attendant I spoke to to locate the items needed or replace it meant items needed, were all very friendly and knowledgeable. The cashier, Lisa, was also extremely pleasant and helpful. She gave me information on how to get my Home Depot rewards account set up and theater they offer military discounts on certain items. She was very kind and pleasant to speak with.

CLEAN- ORGANIZED - AND ALWAYS Some one to help. NO waiting 20 minutes for an associte. and my favorite part of the day was checking out, LISA if you see this, thank you for your kindness today. THANK YOU for explaining pro-rewards to me and the credit card option as well, thank you for greeting me as a person and not just a transaction, thank you for Hi and asking how my day was, thank you for just being you.

I have been shopping here for 30 years and served me well. Great location and very helpful.

I bought a lawn mower for my sister and this store was awesome

They never have anything in stock when the website says it is, nothing is ever where it should be, prices have gotten ridiculous compared to other home improvement stores.

I lost an extremely important possession and was able to retrieve it with the extra ordinary effort of an alert employee "Mary Ellen Williams"

They have great way of getting the customers what they want. However, I do wish they can communicate with costumers more when it comes to purchasing certain things. Overall, I love the place. They get things done which I truly appreciate it.

Now they are closing the doors next to self check out at 7 pm because so many people are stealing from the store. I had to exit at the next set of doors with a lady using a walker. There is no respect from the cashier who said "you need to walk". Yes I am fat, but I am also a senior citizen. You don't know my health issues. Your customers walking to the next door is not going to stop crime, but it will reflect on the poor customer service and rude employees.

I have been taking my daughter to the kids workshop for the past year or so. It is an awesome awesome chance to do something creative fun and somewhat educational with your kid. The people at Home Depot that help with the workshop are absolutely key to a fun time. Miss Paula at the Regency Home Depot is excellent with the kids and the adults. And at the end of it you walk away with something to show for it you get your picture taken and you have a snack. It's such a wonderful program.
