Josh at the 4611 Broad St store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! And so patient and pleasant.. Such a breath of fresh air to have someone ask me "is there anything I can help you with "? and he actually helped me w everything that I needed for my project !

Josh in the paint department was very helpful! He kept working on an issue with the color match formula that changed with different sheens. I really appreciated his working to resolve things!

I entered the store to make a return and then purchase the correct product Door locks,double cylinder. I was pointed in the right direction and was informed that there are numbers on the back of each package as to ensure I would have the same key with the purchase. The store employees enable a female to me a more informed shopper. For this an other shopping events at the Home Depot. The store was clean, even the restroom. I was impressed.

Home Depot staff are extremely helpful and there's a lot available in store to choose from. Kitchen designers take the time to explain the difference among several brands

We enjoyed walking through the garden area. Whenever we go to this store it is very clean. The paint Department is very organized One thing I must say the employees knew the answer to all our questions . Every employee offered to help us. We will shop at Home Depot, Glenn Allen often. Thank you

We needed to buy a new washer and dryer. The experience we had in this store was exceptional, a night-and-day difference from the competitor store we visited first. Our salesperson was knowledgeable, patient, remained available for us, and even stayed past her shift to help us complete our purchase. This experience greatly improved my opinion of The Home Depot, and it will be my first choice for appliance and other home-related purchases in the future.

Most impressed with our salesperson, Lamyra Simmons, and her knowledge and familiarity with appliances. Her professional help and friendly manner made selecting our dishwasher a breeze instead of a chore.

The people here are knowledgeable about their products & how they are used to the point that Lisa, the person who checked me out, realized I needed another item to go with the things I was purchasing & reminded me of that. I purchased a Ryobi 10" mitre saw in May 2017. My initial intended use for the saw was to cut 4"x6" engineered stone for a landscaping project. I was somewhat reluctant to make the purchase since I wasn't sure that the saw would handle the task. I received some very good advice from the Home Depot sales person so I ended up making the purchase. The sales person also said that if I wasn't satisfied with the saw or it failed to handle the task, then bring it back for a full refund. I purchased a diamond blade with the saw, which was a little expensive, but the right blade for the task.. The Ryobi saw worked great and it cut a pallet of stone. I just finished a project to rebuild a 12'x16' deck and once again used the Ryobi saw. This is a great saw and I would recommend it if you're looking for a good multi-use saw. I would also recommend making your purchase from this Home Depot store.
