store employees very helpful

The only good thing about this store was the cashier who helped me. She went beyond and above her job duty to help me out. Everybody else just ignored me said they would help after they stocked the pallet of toilets Took back the fork lift to the docks and put the pallet away get a lift then help me as he kept talking to his fellow employee. Told him I was leaving my cart there and would be right back went to electrical it took 20 minute to get a box of 4 Outlets went back to my cart and it took 45 minute to get

Love the 6619 team!!! Couple of new faces but just be patient with the new people as they are getting trained and learning their departments.

I shop this store now and then and have usually positive shopping experiences as well as very helpful and knowledgeable direction from the staff. The size of the store and inventory makes it easy to find the desired items I am looking for. The store has always been well organized/orderly and always clean. I am a female and I love to shop there and consider it a fun shopping experience :) !!

This store is usually good with customer service. I usually don't write reviews but I am writing this review for Louis who went above and beyond. Keep up the excellent customer service! Thanks again!

Have not been in the store lately but as I remember this is a well organized and stocked store. Have had great outcomes with curbside pick up and online ordering and I am grateful for these options. The associates are polite, knowledgeable, and willing to help.Great experience.

I received great service from Enrique. However the service from Kimberly was down right terrible. She was extremely rude and uncaring and acted like she was untouchable.

Staff are very friendly, Cathrine Perret at pro desk is the best, very friendly and also knowledgeable, She is very helpful. I think she works in flooring now.

They are very helpful and clean at this store, they keep store well stock, if they are out they are helpful with letting you know what other stores have it on hand.

Mr Diaz is one of the most helpful and friendly worker I have met there. He helps me every time I'm there. He shows me exactly what I need when I need it!

The employees at this home depot seem to be to busy to help with CUSTOMER SERVICE, borderline contemptuous and rude. I've experienced this multiple times on separate occasions.

I was buying a lot of LED T8 LED Phillips lamps(18) and light fixtures. Also some candle La Habra LED lights And the lady at register one was very helpful she suggested I get a new Home Depot card and save some money I agreed I had trouble remembering my numbers but she was very very patient and help me through the process and I appreciate that very much!

Store is clean, shelves are always stocked, and the employees are always super friendly!

The worse Home Depot ever!! Unable to find staff for assistance, and when I did, they had no knowledge of the department and were rude.

This store generally lives up to the terrible Home Depot reputation, even if you can get help, most don't know or care what they are doing. This time was the ultimate worse. Website said they had item in stock, ordered and paid for it online for drive up. Associate brought bag to car, Wrong item. Went inside to exchange, they don't have it. Website stock not been updated since May according to Associate. Customer service Associates slow, unfriendly and rude to customers in line. No supervision monitoring situation. Is this enough?

Store had very little items stocked as to what I was looking for but had an awesome experience with customer service by an employee named Charles in H&G dept he was polite knowledgeable and eager to help unlike other employees I had encountered in the past. As far as I’m concerned I will be going back to that store for the simple fact he made me feel welcomed and found me another solution because they did not have nothing for what I needed. Also the store was well maintained considering the current situation with Covid-19 !! Thanks again for your help Charles see ya soon some time!!!

My curbside experience normally is a good one the is the first experience were the store assistant manager Mario and associate Ekenna made my experience better due to the professionalism and great customer service. Thank you both!

Store was clean .employees very helpful and during the covid 19 they fallow the safety protocol recommend by the health department to keep us safe and able to continue shopping.

I’ve had an echo brand weed wacker fail on me . Went to hd to have it checked out since echo has 5 years warranty on product. Tool rental employee said that the mechanic will be in following morning to check it out and said to call first thing but I had to pay so I did . I call following morning to check out one of what had happened to the tool. Same associate yobany answered and remembered our conversation from the previous day that I had taken the tool to a specialty small engine repair shop and shop said the carburetor was broken. I spoke of the 5 year warranty with echo and I have only use the non gasoline pre mix 50/1 fuel sold in their store. He relays message to mechanic instead of asking if mechanic looked at weed wacker I’m listening to conversation between the two while I’m on the phone and instead of the mechanic saying he hasn’t looked at it mechanic proceeds to say that it more than likely isn’t covered under warranty if that was the diagnosis from my outside mechanic and proceeded to tell yobani it would cost me around $150.00 to repair the part. So what did I pay for? And how misleading is the 5 year warranty from echo as well ? Weed wacker doesn’t have many parts to it. I am really upset and disappointed with the service I received so I call manager Mario and start to explain why I’m calling him and he hangs up the phone. So here I am now. I just wanted the stupid machine fixed or replaced as I payed hundreds of dollars for it and used it maybe 6 times.

Make sure you have your own materials to wipe down the scanning guns at the self-checkout. The store does not wipe down the scanning guns between each customer's use! They said they clean them once in the morning! YIKES! In these COVID 19 times, that just won't do.

The store overall is clean and well organized. It can get a bit hectic during busy times of the day or seasons. Besides that the store fits my needs. If I can't find an item I can always ask for assistance. Staff is helpful and friendly.

The store was organized and the people were helpful. Sofia was a big help during checkout.
