There is way too much garbage in the aisles, and by garbage, I mean all the "MERCHANDISING" that lines every main aisle of the store. If one person is looking at light bulbs, guess what, you can't get in there and look with them, because the light bulb aisle is stacked neck deep in crap. If you have a cart or a buggy, good luck navigating the store, because you'll be stuck like Chuck in a traffic jam that makes 75N thru Plano look like a cakewalk. This store is so crampacked with mini pallets down all the aisles, it feels like a low rent flea market or dollar store, or some weird bazaar. I absolutely despise going here, because it always takes forever to navigate,plus the only check out lines that ARE EVER OPEN are the contractor lines or the self checkout. If it weren't so inconvenient, I'd spend all my money at a competitor and when I have time I will. Most times, the employees don't even acknowledge you in this store. In fact, if I need their help, I usually have to track them down. What happened to the old HD

I visit this store weekly and sometimes daily. The staff is always willing to help and provide great service. They go above and beyond the job. I am confident in their abilities and knowledge. They make you feel special and I am very pleased with their help. This is a friendly store.

Hi I want to say first" I love my Home Depot! I should have stock in your stores by now lol. I do like Roanoke, but the only thing I would change is more help in your garden area.. I will get the gentlemens name next time and give an awesome survey on him. He was so helpful on plants, trees and sand gravel. He asked to helpl load it on my cart and helped me load it as well. I can't enough, but wished I remenber his name. I have asked for help on some other employee's and got, I don't work in this department and walk on. I do think more knowledgeable employees in the garden area, with great aditudes would help. I know its hot and I get it, but this is what you picked for a job. I want to help support that job and make my yard beautiful. So we both win! I would recomend Roanoke store even thou the way I feel about the experience I have dad good or bad..

Very Helpful today when I needed to create something with only a thought. I was taken to each item and when I got home it WORKED!!! Thank you plumbing staff at Home Depot!

Great store and George was very helpful at the customer service return counter. Aside from him being so awesome, I do feel that all employees need to be on the same page about products and services. I did learn something new.. homedepot.com is NOT he same as Home Depot.

Associates willing to help.

Trying to get someone to help in this store is nearly impossible. Had to wait about ten minutes for a "plumbing expert" to find a particular part. Lots of employees standing around and talking or looking at cell phones. So called expert did not listen to what I needed. He was visibly annoyed that he was taken away from whatever he had been doing. He simply looked at what I had in my hand (part brought from home for sizing) and said, we don't have those. Tried to tell him I needed a T fitting for it and he said, "that's european, we don't have anything to fit those." He had no interest in what I was looking for or problem solving. He was dismissive. I eventually found the part without his help - t fitting 3/8 & 1/4. won't return if I need customer assistance.

We always receive excellent help when we visit this store. Which is a lot!!

Even though there are two Home Depot stores around me, the Roanoke store is my primary store. Most of the time I know right where the things I need are located, but if I need assistance, someone is always available. On occasion if the store is out of something, they will locate the item at another store for me. One person in particular, Maggie, stands out above the rest. She is extremely customer oriented, and I look forward in seeing her on every visit to the store!
