Always friendly and helpful staff.

My issue is mainly with this survey site. It is extremely annoying to get pop up ads in the middle of a survey. It was DIFFICULT to find this site for the survey. The info was incorrect and I had to search many HD sites to find the right one. Bah Humbug.

All self checkouts now.

Went looking for replacement handles and associated handle wedges for OLD wheel barrow. Handles in stock. Wedges not sold by HD. Dialogued with 2 HD employees on 2 different days. One was an assistant mgr and one a sales associate. BOTH very helpful in searching on HD's computers. Assistant manager spent extra time looking at and showing me different new wheel barrows and replacement handle options. Both treated me as an important customer!

Home Depot is the best !!!!!

I have used this Home Depot Store for all of my home repairs and remodeling for the past 30 plus years. I have never encountered a problems. However, in the past year, I find some of the employees to be very dismissive, impatient and rude. If you stop them to inquire where you can locate something, that you cannot find, they act as if its an intrusion on their time. I have been told, "We no longer carry that," or "I will go and find someone else, to help you, and never return. It appears that poor customer service has become an epidemic in this town.

The store is fine. But Home Depot no longer has cashiers to check you out. It is now all self check out. I do not like to do self check out. I will no longer shop at this store because of this.

The staff here is very friendly..helpful and patient. They'll give advice on project and even what is a good choice for your needs. Even if not their area or expertise they'll admit it and find someone who knows area and will stay with you until next person comes. The store is always clean and well organized making things easier to find.

The cashier in the garden department (Kay) was very helpful with my purchase. She allowed me to use my $5 coupon on my first $25 purchase and my veteran's discount on my remamining purchases.

Great store with experienced employees to help answer questions no matter what time of day it is. Any time I have a return or issue, there is never a problem and I always come away very satisfied.

The store is very clean, and the staff usually knowledgeable about the products. I recently bought an electric lawn mower for the first time and received excellent help from the staff purchasing one, getting it out of the box before it was put in my car so it would load /unload easier, and got help learning how to use all the features of the mower.

Always helpful & courteous employees & management. Very very pleased you are so near. Respect for Senior Citizens.

The Home Depot store in Rochester MN is a great place to shop. It is organized with helpful employees to help in terms of comparing the type of proucts I need. The store is very clean and has great space to look around. It has complete materials that everyone needs. The workers specifically Alex M , John D and Ryan T. were great. Alex who is the manager was great. His way of explaining, giving advices were the turning points of our decison. Home Depot is lucky to have them especially Alex M. He is so patient, knowlegeable and compassionate to the needs of thh customers. He finds time to accomodate his customer through phone or face to face interactions.

Store employees are very uninterested in helping you.

Went to purchase an electric mower for the first time.... Had tons of questions and about it and about 4-5 employees that went out of their way to explain things, lug it up to the front for me and then load it into my car..... Very happy customer.... went way easier than I thought it would!

I purchased two major appliances here. Awesome staff who helped me find the product and got me a couple of discounts upon checkout. A few days later I received a promo for a deal. I called the store and they had me call the credit company. The company turned me down. I called the store back and the service associate that helped me put me through to a manager, without my asking. He thought it was ridiculous that I would have to cancel my order and then re-order the appliances. The Manager, was great. He talked to the credit company and got me the promotion!!! This service is over and above!!!! My store is clean and all the staff are helpful. I love that they will take you to the aisle you need instead of just letting you find it on your own. There are always associates around to help! Won't shop any other building type store!!

Had another great experience at Home Depot on Sunday....flowers to plant and Connie, our cashier, was super. Love this store!

Constance, cashier in gardening center - you are a gem! Friendly and so helpful. Love, love, love the order on line, pick up in store capability. I almost always find what I need at the store but when I can't I go to online ordering. Fast and so quick and easy to pick up at the store - and no shipping charges.

We purchased ceramic tile and new toilets for two bathrooms, including removal of existing flooring and existing toilets. Usually this would be a very stressful process but we found Home Depot staff to be knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and accurate throughout the process. We have had several rooms carpeted by them, other ceramic tile and bath fixtures installed, and new kitchen cabinets and countertops in the past and they always stand behind their work.
