The store WAS clean and I received assistance the second I walked into the store. That for me is always a great feeling. I'm in to retail at my job and customer service is a big thing for me.

This home depot store is the best, clean and organized with friendly staff

We really like coming to this store whenever we have big projects that we are working on. This time was lighting and ceiling fans. We needed them for the whole house. The selection was great and the prices good. Both the lighting and ceiling fan selections actually in stock were not the run of the mill items. There were some more unique items that usually you need to order on line and pick up in the store. Very impressed. I will come here again just because of the selection.

purchased a new refrigerator and store associate took there time to answer all our questions and help us as we selected and purchased our new refrigerator.

The garden center was in excellent shape and very well maintained even with summer heat compared to some of the other stores/ competitors in area. Would help if Better organization of paint area indicating more clearly items like ceiling paints and ready to use paints separate from color formulation made paints so can grab and go faster.

Terrific customer service, it's impressive to see how smart, professional, and genuinely concerned that customers leave feeling great about their shopping experience.

Every time I go to MY Home Depot the staff is ready and willing to assist. I appreciate that they acknowledge you as you walk in to the store and also while you shop to make sure you are finding everything you need. I truly enjoy shopping MY Home Depot!!

Appliance sale prices were very good during the recent appliance sale. Cheryl Killen was our sales associate in the appliance department. She was a delight to work with. She was friendly, patient, and had good product knowledge. Cheryl is definitely an asset to this store!

The attention and quick service I received and the speed at the check out was great, I really appreciated the gentleman waiting for mr to check out and load the items in my truck.

Can't find a item. Ask one of the employees in this store and he/she will get you there quick. This HD stays well stocked and orderly with no problem finding someone to help.

The salesperson gave us all the information we needed, showed us all the possible alternatives on the computer screen and answered all our questions intelligently and without flim flam. When he wasn't sure, he checked things out before responding. He made sure that we got the best possible deal. I have no complaints at all. I wish all shopping excursions were as pleasant.

I'm beginning a home paint project, and went mostly for paint supplies, including samples. The staff in the paint area were friendly, and quick with mixing the samples. I was able to get everything I needed in one visit, which is nice.

Never really saw any big piles of trash, Bathrooms are clean. GM was very helpful in getting the best price for my elderly neighbors when buying them a new hot water heater. She got it right on there budget and they were overly happy about it.

I was pleasantly surprised with a great customer service I have received this weekend. From friendly cashiers to employees helping to load heavy items to associates distributing ice cold water bottles on a very hot day. Much appreciated!
