Everyone are very helpful and will go above and beyond to make sure you find everything you need and give great add on ideas.I have been a customer for many years and whiner I travel and have to use Home Depot I find this approach in many of your stores

Half way up the coast, in the Northernmost England state of Maine lays one exceptional Home Depot. Known to some in the time of crisis, as "The Rock." Home Depot is an amazing corporation; doing outstanding things daily for our Veterans, and our citizens, our neighbors. More doing. They live it. One salesman, Christopher with his infectious enthusiasm and glowing smile, make it a joy to pick his brain on the 40k products Home Depot has. Some employees there seem to know about every one of them, and just where they are. From Walt in garden, Rogers in plumbing; Christopher sanitizing your cart, and easing your mind in this time crisis; Home Depot is more than a stop, it's a Family; it's a Rock.

Great store, clean and friendly and helpful staff

Half of the employees stand around looking like zombies. Half of the rest don’t even acknowledge you. A few are very knowledgeable and helpful. The customer service desk is excellent. Go to the customer service desk if you can’t find something.

Great store for getting advice on projects and finding items I need. Staff are friendly and ready to lend assistance.

A store that has it all. Great appliances, hardware, power tools, hand tools, automotive section for filters, oil, batteries, and hand tools, household interior decoration items, electrical supplies, plumbing supplies, lighting, heating furnaces, lumber, roofing, masonry supplies, gardening supplies and plants, fencing, bagged stone, and everything else you need. Come see for yourself. If you don't see what you need, ASK!

Absolutely top-notch Kitchen Design department

Very clean, customer service was spectacular but even better, the cashier who tended to us was very professional and made us feel very comfortable and not rushed or felt like we were not important enuff to see us as valued customers but just the opposite, she is why we keep goin back. Her name is Cheryl.

The store was clean, affordable, accommodating and the highlight of my visit was the cashier who was very professional and i felt very welcomed by her personality and also made us feel important and deserves a raise by her devotion to the store by her welcoming personality to make you want to go back their again unlike other experiences I hav had with other stores I visited. In my long history as a HD shopper, this store has the most helpful and knowledgeable staff. You are greeted when you enter and the shopping experience is made easy by employees constantly asking if you need assistance. They go out of their way to help to solve your issues.

I was very impressed with the employees. The cashier, Valerie, could not have been more friendly and helpful. Mike was very kind to help me load my large item into the car. They seem genuinely happy to work for Home Depot and it shows.

The people who work in this store are exceptionally helpful and friendly. The store inventory is pretty complete. Only once they didn't have what I wanted (it was a sales item), but an employee called another Home Depot store and found one which was shipped right to my home!
