Helpful, knowledgeable, and patient during my rushed store shopping trip. Assisted me in finding specific products and even suggested an alternate possible source for a rare product on my list. The store was clean and organized and workers busy yet attentive. I am very appreciative of this particular store and will continue to frequent it for all my home improvement needs.

The best store in the greater Sacramento area location i have been to so far compared to any of the others.

Dealing with Rico in the dripper department was the the best experience I've ever had. My husband passed away last year and had no idea how to do it. I called the stare and spoke with Rico. He reassured me it would be okay scheduled an appointment. When I came in he greeted with a friendly smile. He helped me build the entire project in 30 minutes. I could not help but cry because this was my husband's Job and Rico made it easy to understand. Rico is the reason I'll never shop anywhere else ever again.

I have not been to the store but the customer service on the phone was excellent, friendly and cheerful

Horrible, unsafe and dangerous prodesk and service desk layout. Someone is going to get hurt. Personal interface is swapped out for lame idea.what would it take to have corporate listen to customers, obviously not asking or surveys. Unbelievable

The #0636 Roseville, CA store is the most friendly one I have been in. It did not have the cultivator my husband was looking for but we were advised to look on line for it and found several of the size he needs.

this is one of the best stores that i visit , always room for improvement .

I order a lot of items online then pick up at the Roseville location. On one of the orders I received an email saying it was ready for pick up. When I went to get the order one of the "item in stock" was somehow missing from inventory. The service desk rep found another same item with a couple of other parts inside that were not in the original one purchased. She then gave me the higher priced item for the same amount as the item originally ordered. Her willingness to help to get the order completed was outstanding. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

If you go in the evening this store is quiet and there are plenty of folks to help

got great help with finding items. The cashier found some mistakes I made in selection a large amount of items. The items were replaced and saved me time and energy returning to the store.

Nicest, most knowledgeable employees. Be sure to look for the ceiling feature in the doors and window department. It’s a treat for the customers!

When I arrived at the store I walked straight back to the lumber department in which I thought I needed there was two men near the aisle that were standing there discussing things that did not seem to be work-related I ask for assistance explained what I thought I needed and was pretty much blown off one man leaned up against something looked at me like I was just a stupid girl. He did advise me if I was looking for some wire I could find it on the next to last aisle at the very end and let me be on my way with the full knowledge I really didn't know what I was work working with or how I was supposed to do it when I asked how would I attach the wire to the fence he kind of rolled his eyes and said was Staples. I went to the Isle that I was instructed and was overwhelmed not knowing what I needed in order for my animal not to get out of my backyard temporarily until the gate could be replaced over the weekend. I saw a man on the next aisle walking by wearing the good old Home Depot apron I said excuse me this man came over said how can I help you explain what was going on he showed me exactly what would work he explain to me in explicit detail on how to attach it to my fence walked me through the aisles through the aisles to show me the type of tool that I would be need asked if I had that tool showed me a tool that he thought would be best since it was inexpensive yet good quality explain to me one last time what I was to do answered every one of my questions did not make me feel stupid he was kind and very informative that employs name was Emmanuel! I went to the customer service desk even though I was in a hurry and ask to speak to a manager the guy Dave behind the counter with a smile which I did not get from the other employees other than of course Emmanuel quickly got on the phone got me a manager who came up who was very nice and friendly I explain to him my situation he apologized of course and I wanted to let him know that Emmanuel was a top-notch employee. My last four visits to Home Depot have been horrible I do believe now when I need to make that trip to Home Depot I will call first to ensure Emmanuel is in the store. This visit all those started out very unpleasant ended up to be a great one since now I have the full confidence in what I am doing and it's all because Emmanuel took his job seriously and provided A1 customer service! Emmanuel is my homedepo hero. Thanks! I wish the stars for the store could be different and the stars for the employees that assisted where is separate option 10 stars for Emmanuel
