Very good experience with the associate, as well with the store as a whole.

I was very happy with the help I received in the lumber dept. Drew was extremely helpful and very happy to help us. I have also received wonderful assistance from Jason- also very friendly and happy to help me.

If you need anything just ask the service desk people.

This store for the most part is very well stocked, clean and organized. The associates are very helpful and if they don't know the answer they will get someone who does.

I was having a hard time finding what turned out to be a rare light bulb size. They went out of their way to help me. Even tracking down some at a another store.

We bought kitchen countertops today and was helped by Terry. He is the design consultant in kitchen and bath. He was very friendly and incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Made our visit easy and fun. Thank you

Tom and Ray went above and beyond to listen to my problem, provide me with knowledgeable options, and get me exactly what I needed to fix the leak in my kitchen. Tom especially spent awhile helping me in between what looked like a busy day of stocking heavy parts. I'm extremely satisfied and grateful for his help!

We had "pre shopped" for a new refrigerator and found that home depot had an edge over two other stores by providing a 12 month no-interest program. On our return visit to purchase the frig we had great courteous service and a quick check-out. We appreciate the free delivery to our home 30 miles away as age and health make it almost impossible for us to get the frig home and installed on our own, Store associate B. Paul Binner and cashier Amy were great to get us out of the store. Amy gave our granddaughter a home depot apron and even wrote her name on it. Thanks Home Depot for the great service and the good selection of products to choose from.

I've never had a bad experience here. There is always someone around to help whenever I need it and very rarely have to wait in line.

I stopped at the service desk to ask for directions. Becky not only told me where the item was, she walked me to the aisle. I returned there to check out, and received friendly, courteous service from the same young lady who helped me as I came in. she was friendly and spoke to my children as well as to me as she rang up and bagged my items. Thank you Home Depot for the quality of customer service your store offers!

Easily found associates to quickly find products and cashier was very friendly.

I had quite a few questions and never had to look very far to find a helpful associate, even if they didn't know the answer they found someone that did. Regardless of what they were doing they would stop to assist me and found what I needed right off. Also nice that the store had everything that I was searching for, great place to shop for do-it-yourself items.

Our cashier Robert was AWESOME!! He helped us in the aisle, then pulled us to the corporate desk to check us out so we wouldn't have to wait. He was so friendly, and had the biggest smile. We just loved having him help us - it was like we had a good friend there to point us in the right direction. Everyone at this location is ALWAYS so friendly and in such a great mood. We just love shopping here! We are so glad we switched from being Lowe's customers (they are far closer to our home) to being LOYAL Home Depot patrons!

Even though it was a quick visit, i was able to go right to where the product i needed, which is very helpful when you are in a hurry. The associate who asked to help was very friendly and polite.

I really enjoy the convenience of being able to take advantage of sales advertised online, order online and then pick up at my local store in order to save shipping cost. Convenient, good value and fast, friendly service. Keep up the good work!

Exceptional store. Have shopped many stores in Kc area, but as far as service, this store is top notch.....Richard Slavin was the store associate who helped us with decisions concerning storage in our basement. Very knowledgeable,,,, we will be back for more units soon...
