Bought a washer/dryer. Required to buy "upgraded" water supply lines because apparently the lines supplied by the manufacturer are not worthy, had to also purchase brand new dryer vent (already had one at home), and pay for install. Crew could not complete install because the dryer vent would not work. Had to return it and buy a different vent. Overall, just very bad experience.

I purchased a 3200.oo total bill for a counter top from the overland park kansas store on dec. 20 was told that a gentleman would be by to measure for my counter shortly after xmas, he showed up right after the new year, he informed us that it would be 2-3 wks to get our counter tops installed. after waiting that period i called the store and the found a e mail that was sent 2 weeks prior stating the measurements were wrong and there was a added cost, we drove up to the store and settled the bill then i got a email stating we would have to wait an addional 4-6 weeks for a product we order in December here it is February and i still don't have my order, we made another tip up today and got a refund i don't recommend anyone buy countertops from here if they mess up this simple order this much, yes we have plywood for a top

The guys in lumber are extremely helpful. Nothing is worse than trying to get boards down by yourself. The employee in lumber was right there ready to help! Made for a very pleasant shopping experience.

This is a great Home Depot. The employees are always happy, friendly and helpful. I always find someone, who can answer my questions and help me find what I need.

Look for Celestine. I found her in the garden area near the saws and hedge trimmers, but her expertise in tools in general was exceptional. Definitely a blast from the past with regards to customer service. She ensured that all of my questions were answered and that I was set up with everything that I needed all in the same stop.

Don H reaffirmed my faith in customer service. He was friendly and helpful. He helped me find the items I needed quickly and I had time left to browse the store.

Self check was only option, yet there were 2 employees sitting right there. When I said I had items that wouldn't scan and did not want this option anyway, the employee insisted that I scan what I could and THEN he would help. I said that was not going to happen and he needed to treat me like an actual customer. If I agreed to self check he was likely to lose his job because he would no longer be needed. He finally helped. Two customers came up behind me and also refused to self check.

I have enjoyed shopping at Home Depot in Overland Park, Kansas. It has been a good experience, when I need some assistance, their employees are quick to respond and even suggest what I need. and when I returned an item that didn't work, they took them back gladly and I have picked the right items, which gave me a confidence and assurance to shop.

The paint department with Katie & Beth is fantastic. They are super helpful, knowledgable and friendly! Plus Behr paint is wonderful! I highly recommend Home Depot!

I saw a pegboard and I thought that my friend would love this. He loves to carve wood and do all these handy things I could one for his birthday. He loved it and now he keeps it in his garage he even said " I can finally have more room thank you so much" I honestly love Home Depot I feel like I am at "Home" Lol

Store #2209 went above and beyond. In particular, Roger, Sue, and Brad. I misplaced my wallet in the store, and Sue found it in a cart. She then gave Roger/Brad my wallet to put in the safe. Once I determined where I lost the wallet, I came back to store #2209. I spoke with Brad, a manager who took me to the back of the store to get it out of the safe. While waiting, all staff were kind, courteous, and chatted with me. Some staff were even off the clock!!

they had plenty of corona cultivators in stock and were not hard to find, thankyou. alot easier to till up the ground.

ROBIN and CHARLIE helped me in the Garden Department. Robin was extremely helpful. She really took her time to walk me all around the store to select items and products for my Garden. She was so knowledgeable! Robin and Charlie were so friendly! I will be coming here for everything.

The Sales person must have entered the wrong model number and SKU number because the installed water heater was not the one I ordered. I ordered a water heater that had a 12 year warranty and the one that was installed only has a 5 year warranty. Home Depot has offered a 5 year extended warranty but I didn't get the water heater I ordered.

There was an older veteran in front of me in line - (you could tell he was a vet - The cashier Stanley recognized the veteran and thanked him for his service - it was a nice moment

I took on a room paint job that turned into 8 rooms. Paint team of Marcus and Doug went out of their way to help me, suggest product to make it easier for my DYI work. They custom matched a color that was perfect.
