I spent two hours trying to get a will call order of wood. From 1:28 PM until 4:19 PM. If you need anything at a reasonable time go somewhere else. Not the first time this has happened either.

Alberto was great at helping me find what I was looking for. Not only did he take me to find what I was looking for but asked about my project along the way and helped me trouble shoot some issues I was having with my project. overall great experience.

ProDesk does not know how to order materials for job site delivery

Was in the process of paying for several items, including an item I found on the clearance section. However, a manager did not allow me to purchase the item and took it away…probably going to start shopping elsewhere.

I went to the store to buy a Milwaukee multi tool… I paid for it and . Some one from the store called me and said that they don’t have the Milwaukee tool on promotion. So he canceled my order 😐😐😐😐 that is not my problem but well

No one knew how to order flooring for my home

ONLY ONE STAR BECAUSE YOU CAN'T RATE NEGATIVE STARS. MAKE SURE YOU GO TO A PERSON THAT WORKS IN THAT DEPARTMENT. IF YOU ARE TAX EXEMPT, MAKE SURE THAT ACSHEATE TAKES IT OFF BEFORE THE SALE/ORDER IS DONE OR THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME. MADE SEVERAL TRIPS TO STRAIGHTEN OUT THIS MISTAKE AND STILL HAVEN'T RECIEVED MY PARTS! WHAT A JOKE!

Paying in the new line up is ridiculous I wrote a long negative response

I recently purchased a washer from the Home Depot at the Mueller location in Austin. My order number was H6892-679172, and the washer was scheduled for delivery to the site on 11/22/2024. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. When the delivery team arrived, they refused to install the machine unless I paid them an additional $75 in cash, which was clearly a bribe. This demand came even though I had already paid Home Depot for the installation as part of my purchase. I refused to comply with their unethical request, and as a result, they not only refused to install the machine but also took it back with them. I immediately contacted Home Depot's customer service for assistance, but to my surprise, they were no help in resolving the issue. This is unacceptable and unprofessional on multiple levels. I trusted Home Depot to deliver and install the washer as promised, and instead, I encountered what feels like extortion and poor customer support. I expect Home Depot to take accountability for this incident and provide a resolution promptly. I will reconsider doing business with this store in the future unless this matter is addressed. Suggestion: Please train your delivery teams to act professionally and provide better customer service support for situations like this.

Anne in the customer service department was a huge help. She processed my transaction with ease and speed. She smiled the whole time was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks to Anne, I enjoyed my most recent outing at Home Depot. I definitely will be visiting the store in the near future. Thank you.

Satisfied I’ve been treated fairly or better people are very friendly

The Home Depot #6542 is a last choice destination for any building supply needs. The store is dirty and disorganized and has an incredibly poor selection of fasteners. Packages are opened and parts have been stolen. A returned Milwaukee drill adapter bit was resold as a "new" item with a part missing. Old prices are often shown on the shelves for the power tools. It is hard to trust anything at this particular store. The difference in cleanliness and organization compared to that of the Brodie location is incredible. It is too bad because the location is the most convenient in my case but it is consistently disappointing.

I bought over $3000 worth of electric mixers for resale that I resell at my company. One of them came in damaged three times the third time missing multiple main components that we cannot even assemble the equipment. On top of that they could not refund me my tax exempt taxes because they charge them incorrectly, the first time on the original invoice. I put another $8000 order in which took over two hours and beyond unsatisfied very unhappy and to me. Unacceptable!

Home Depot usually has the best deals easy to work with

I went to Home Depot lost with no idea about washer and dryer’s. I’ve never bought an appliance before and was in over my head. Dave saw me immediately and greeted me. He was so friendly and happy to listen to my concerns, and even asked deeper questions to get a better understanding of what I was looking for. He used his expertise and pointed me in the right direction. My time with him was amazing and I was extremely satisfied. Dave was great, and I hope he has a great 45th wedding anniversary this weekend! He deserves nothing but kindness and all the love! Thanks for making my day

Everytime that I order an item on line and have it delivered to this particular store location. They either don’t know where it is or they give me a totally different item that I ordered.

Been shopping at this location for a very long time. A few years ago I used to consider safety an issue, as I would only shop there during the day. This evening, I was glad to see employees paroling the parking lot. And, it was noticeable that there are employees who are ready, willing, and able to help throughout the store which was not usually the case in the past.

Great variety of plants and amazing feed back and suggestions on how to take care of plants.
