I always have the best experience when I shop at this Home Depot. Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly and always helpful. The store is clean and there is good signage so easy to find things despite how big it is.

This store, in particular, is easy to shop, there are personnel to help you and I know the store well.

This is the best run HD we have ever been to. The employees are always very pleasant and professional, and will always stop what they're doing to help. The store is clean, well stocked, and appears to be managed very well. Even though it's not the most convenient hardware/home improvement store, the aforementioned makes us go out of our way to come here.

I had an excellent experience in the lumber department with Wayne! Very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient! I appreciated the time he took to help me find the perfect pieces of wood for my project, and the precise cuts he made! He was working with Aaron, who kindly offered to pull the wood pieces, and take the less than perfect ones out of the bunch so I could make the best decision. I really appreciated all of the help I received and feel very good about the choices I made with their assistance. Great experience. Need help? Find Wayne or Aaron! Great service Zach was so helpful in Tool Rental. He helped me with a floor sander and made sure we had everything we needed and helped me get the sander to my car and from my car when I returned it. He also showed me how to work it. I will not go back to Lowe’s. Home Depot is where I will go from now on.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with carpet installation. Delayed delivery and NO NOTIFICATION, so we moved furniture for 2 days as instructed but neither the store nor installation company bothered to tell us that carpet had not arrived as scheduled 5 DAYS PRIOR. The store blames the installation company, installation company is blaming the store, associates are rude and impatient, and NO ONE is taking accountability or addressing the issue without my daily involvement. For a $4,000+ purchase I would expect some customer service. STILL WAITING and hoping that this project comes through and Home Depot makes things right. Currently scheduled to be done 5 WEEKS after purchase date.

The store I was shopping at and almost always do is the 6000 Gun Club rd. Aurora, Co 80016

This location is MUCH cleaner and organized than other local Home Depots. Staff are always friendly.

I always shop at this store. I would like to say, if you buy a washer and dryer make sure they actually have it in stock.

The dichotomy of this pandemic is that there have been so many restrictions in society, yet this is the time people have gotten the most into new hobbies and home improvement, being remote and virtual. I had projects I was going to do in the next 5 years, as I had time and money, and I ended up doing them all during this year. Things I was going to hire out or contract, I did it myself thanks to this Home Depot's availability of products and excellent customer service--prepared and laid my own sod, built my own garage shelving, installed surround sound system, repaired my own fridge, built a climbing wall for my kids, and got a whole new tool set and storage...all thanks to Home Depot. I personally enjoy the conversations with the representatives, especially those older and more experienced than I am. Has a good community feel, important for projects that are impacting my home long-term and permanently. Couldn't have done that if this store didn't make the pandemic time more comfortable, clean and still accessible. I would've gone crazy if I couldn't do all this while stuck at home. Thanks!

Tool KING ---ask for Don Matthews. Bought my wife her very own battery operated Ryobi HP Battery operated chainsaw along with a power nailer and impact screw driver from Ryobi. Count on any information you'd like to know about their whole line from Don. He will be honest and get you what you NEED; even if you didn't start out knowing exactly what to look for. He even saved me $50 by suggesting a card application. Great guy.

The customer service here is excellent. There is always someone around to help me find what I'm looking for.

The personnel are superb; the facility is maintained beyond expectations; the inventory is plentiful.

We recently purchased a washer and dryer. Joe in the appliance department was wonderful. He was patient, kind and very knowledgeable.

Great people / Great service

Let me tell you all about my trip to the Home Depot, and those giants whose shoulders I stood upon to get my bedroom wall looking nice. The first person I have to thank is James. Hard to find a friendlier face anywhere, and let me freaking tell you, have you ever tried to show a friendly face wearing a freaking mask? Hard to do. Hard. To. Do. Anyways, this nice guy directed me to Joseph. Joseph is a very patient guy. He helped me lug lumber over to the panel saw, helped me do the math that I was hesitating on. The way I put it in my head, I was hemming and hawing, and Joseph was sawing. This part of my adventure complete, I was put very delicately (because I try not to act clueless, but I kind of am) in the hands of Karl. Karl was cleaning up the aisle with the molding. And as he was vacuuming, he was being pulled this way and that way by two different customers. And by golly, I had the gall to be a third customer. I don’t know how he did it, but he found time to saw a bunch of long, awkward MDF boards in half for me. Measured them and everything. I gave noncommittal “Oh, if you’re busyyyyy… that’s okaaaaayyyy…” excuses for him to go and deal with all the other stuff around him, but he very patiently worked with me. Thank goodness. At this point, my spouse, who is the “project spouse” while I am a “chore spouse” texted me to go get paint. And so, I found none other than Marco, the PAINT WIZARD. I told him it was like magic that they could match colors. I asked if it was all right if I dashed off to go get some nails and come right back. He said sure! Now, if you’ve been following along, you’ll understand that I’ve got a couple hundred pounds of wood on my cart doohickey, and I’m… well, I’m not NOT scatterbrained. So, I got lost finding nails. NAILS. Literally, hammers and nails are what are used to represent hardware stores. But let me tell you, I came back, Marco was off doing something important, but my gallon of paint was there, labelled perfectly, spot of paint on top, a little pour spout and paint stirrer perched on top beautifully! This could’ve been put in a museum, it was so put-together, but more than all that, it was thoughtful and considerate. I wished I could’ve thanked him in person. Lucky for me, I was able to thank him in person, because I needed help finding caulk and he was there, too. I told him he was a wizard and that he was awesome. And finally, it was time to check out. James again, friendly face extraordinaire, found me, and guided me to Jessica, who was working the self check-out. I must not have understood the meaning of self check-out, because instantly, I needed help. I don’t know how to buy lumber. I could barely find freaking nails, for heavens’ sake! But Jessica, patient as could be, worked with me as we searched for the bar codes I had, with minimum forethought, hidden behind the other stuff I got. And by golly, when she wished me a good evening, I was like, “Wow. How many people helped me in there?” And it is a good evening. These people are wonderful, and it was the best trip to any hardware store I’ve ever had. Twenty out of five stars. Awesome people. Great experience.

It was amazing! I needed a kitchen sink full piping assembly. John or Jon (older gentlemen) in Aurora / Southlands location was great. Literally assembled and walked me through the full process. I was amazed at the knowledge and customer service. we need more people like John or Jon.
