Associates are always too busy interacting with themselves, than to provide customer service

PARKING LOT IS IN HORRIBLE SHAPE, IT IS SO ROUGH YOUR ITEMS ARE GOING TO VIBRATE OFF YOUR CARTS. GARBAGE EVERYWHERE. HARD TO FIND EMPLOYEES TO HELP YOU.

This store has always been very helpful when I need an answer or in finding a product. I especially appreciate the night manager, Richard. VS

I was looking for shipping boxes. The size I was looking for were not on the shelves. Isac , an employee immediately helped and brought to me the boxes I was looking for. Isac is not the norm employee of big box stores. He is the exception. Friendly and helpful! Thank you Isac.

This is the only store that I like to shop for my business things are always there ,,If I need something people are always friendly and helpful store is always clean parking clean always clean shopping carts are always there for customers overall the store is one of the best ones in the area

I had a few things to purchase so I went on Saturday 12/21....wow....the store was crowded! with Christmas coming soon and I was very impressed with the employees (four that I came in to contact with). They were genuinely respectful and I was impressed by that.

In all The times we have shopped at this home depot, we had little to no help on the floor. Today ANNA was on the floor and was able to answer and help us find two different items that we needed within minutes. She was efficient friendly and very helpful.

The store was clean and well stocked, except for the one item that I needed to return for exchange (ratchet). I crossed paths with the store manager Loretta and she was very friendly and helpful. I did not discuss my issue with her but I am sure that she would have fixed my problem. The self check out is fast as I am doing all of the work but I am always annoyed and displeased by the fact that you continue to try to sell me a bag!

Need some better workers it’s like these guys worked at Ross or grocery store befor they came to Home Depot they don’t know much maybe Home Depot should step up there pay or send them to classes to learn about the part of store there working in just my opinion

I strongly recommend Home Depot in Salinas Ca as your number one home improvement store.The Staff there is always willing to assit you and when you have a concern Management always go beyond expectations to help you out. Great job Home Depot!

Some of their products are very disorganized and with wrong pricing and they will not honor them.

The cashier in the garden department gave me a surprise gift. I asked if there was a sale today? Her reply was, because you have asked I am giving you 10% discount. This experience happened last week. Her name is Nadine. I have never been given a discount on any usual purchase. I have told our neighbors of the experience. They expressed that they have never been given a discount.

I was interested in purchasing a 24" white bathroom vanity, the cabinet was available but the top had to be ordered. The clerk told me that they did not keep these tops in stock., and it would be several days before I could obtain one. I then picked up the other items I needed. When I went to the self checkout computer and entered the Items and paid with my Home Depot card the machine said it was out of paper. I waited for twenty to thirty minutes for a person to finish their break to come and fix the machine. She did not seem to be very concerned about my wait, and told me if I wanted any compensation I would have to go to customer service and speak to a manager. At that point I took my receipt and left the store.

This store has a better selection of lumber than the other nearby stores. I shop this one over the one closer to my home for that reason. I am almost always working on projects that require lumber so I automatically go to this location instead of chancing it at the others that they may or may not carry what I'm looking for.

Everyone were so politely and asking if I needed help with something. Everything was well stocked. Difinateñu will go back!

Yes I was able to find the products. Yes I also liked how Jeannie and all the employee helped me with all my questions and concerns about some store products. The store was clean the neat. All the employees where nice and helpful.

This store is always neat, clean, well-stocked, and has any and every product you could ever ask for and more … a friendly and knowledgeable staff … great location … parking is convenient … Garden Shop is fab-u-lous and a joy to shop in … My husband and I consider it an enjoyable experience each time we visit Home Depot Salinas.
