Excellent customer service from start to finish

Always greeted when I come in. Everything is in stock that I look for and the employees are good at recommending what is hest for my project. Plenty of parking and the place is always clean.

Great Store

The employee who worked in the Lumber Dept was very helpful and knowledgeable to all of material my wife and I would need to build a raised garden for our backyard.

I found that your store in Salisbury, Maryland had sales agents on hand to HELP customers, rather than me running around to find someone! And, everyone was helpful and willing to answer questions, and friendly! An excellent experience with all the sales individuals! I thought the store was clean, and I could get around the aisles with no problems.

This Home Depot in particular is very clean and the staff is very courteous. Not that I have been in ones that aren’t clean. But this one is extremely uncluttered in the aisle and I was able to get help right away when needed.

Very poor customer service. Rude cashiers last weekend.

Love this store! Always have what I need or will get it. Always clean, well stocked and employees are so helpful and pleasant.

My husband and I love to come visit this store and dream about what we could do to our home! We are always greeted with friendly helpful employees and recently purchased appliances among other things over the years.

Staff was very helpful and friendly I had to exchange a mirror that was purchased from the website for a different size one, the customer service representative took care of it quickly and looked up the size I needed to make sure that it was in stock and told me where I could find it and asked if I needed any help getting it.

Great customer service!! Started with being greeted by Keith. He was so nice! He asked if we needed any help finding anything and we told him we were going to look at washer and dryers. He took us right back where we needed to go and handed us off to a sales associate. We then met with Tiffany and she was wonderful!! She helped us compare the different models to find the best ones for our family!! She was very patient with my back and forth decisions. Very good experience!!

The store overall is great. I received great customer service and store was clean an neat. Only thing about this store that has me giving it 3 stars is the layout. I am originally from Northern NJ and moved down here roughly 2 yrs ago now. Almost all THD's up there have same basic layout. The Salisbury store and Berlin store just seem to be totally different with there layouts and that may make things confusing for customers. I know it took me a few minutes to find what I was looking for the other day when I knew exactly where it was in the Berlin location. Other than that its a great a store an I'll be back in regardless I am a THD customer for life.

Employees handled my purchase problem efficiently and quickly, with no stress.

The store seems to be short staffed at times.The delivery service (Ssa) needs to be better.

This Store the Associates are very friendly, and informative. These stores are very cleanly and orderly, I was so happy There was an older Woman who had me laughing the entire time. Very Helpful and fast.

I LOVE Home Depot but they oughta can fortiva as a credit provider.

Cashiers are usually friendly at this location, however, during a recent Saturday visit, the checkouts were has inadequate staffing and only one checkout in the main store area (excluding garden) was open (at the pro-desk) leaving the only other option as self-checkouts. These should not be a substitute for hiring and maintaining human staff members. We bring our children to the monthly kids workshops, an offering that we are very grateful for! However, during this most recent visit, the employee who hosted the program was rude and should not be placed in a role where he/she is interacting with your young guests. He/she took it upon themselves to tell my kids "it's wrong, you're doing it wrong." Our kids participate in these events to have fun, not to build a project for listing on the auction block at Sotheby's. The employee who usually hosts these events is very friendly with the kids, but, apparently they were not available on this visit. My daughter told me she does not want to do these anymore. Don't forget, they may be kids, but, they will eventually become your new customers.

The store was clean, the product was easy to find and at the paint department the employee was friendly and helpful

Cashiers and store employees are always friendly and willing to help, especially Fred and Jeffery. Back of store in lumber needs to have aisles kept clear so a customer can get to the merch without having to move carts or climb over pallets. Would also help to have lumber carts in Store ready to go for lumber, not loaded with deliveries or merch for pickup . Cant spend my mo ey there on lumber and materials if I don't have a cart to load it in or can't get to it.

Highly recommend this store! Every shopping experience I have had in this store has been exceptionally great! The employees I have interacted with have all gone above and beyond to privide excellent service and knowledge in multiple departments of this store. What a breath of fresh air in the retail world! Thank you!

Their customer service, especially Mary and Paige is the best!

I recently went to the Salisbury, Maryland Home depot for materials to complete a plumbing repair. The staff were helpful and friendly and I was able to be on my way quickly. The store is always clean neat and organized. That is why they are my first choice for home repair products.
