I was looking for garden hooks and the placement was hard to find and ended up being blocked by tall plants in a corner. The hook is good, light weight and strong, looks durable, and there are no sharp metal sharp edges, and it is the best price on the market, hope have the white color. Good quality, I love Home Depot!

I go out of my way to shop at the Sandy Springs store because the people I encounter seem happy with their jobs and are willing to be of help. I haven't had an unpleasant experience at that location after years of shopping there. The store is well stocked and clean.

I am a contractor and I shop at Home Depot for clients constantly, I do not pay for materials clients do.....The Pro area should call the customer at this store just like every other store I go to. However this store is the ONLY store that gives me a hassle at checkout because they have to call the customer for payment.

Cashier Kratina went above and beyond when I dropped my drivers license in the store and she ran next door to Costcos to find me so she could return it to me. She also performed well at the register with processing my purchases and returns. Very personable and accommodating.

My husband and I are not DIY folks so when we wanted out door motion doctor with lights for our back yard we "kind of"knew what we wanted but we didn't know enough and the help we got was personal patient knowledgable and honest. Denise could have shown us the most expensive option but she instead (the we pointed to one) said "that's not going to suit your needs and gave options we would not have thought about. Definitely for lighting needs go to Denise at the Home Depot on Peachtree Dunwoody Road!!

Every time I come in, Louis is always there to greet you and help you in determining to find the product that you were looking for

Our children gave us a new dryer for Christmas. We went into the Sandy Springs storewhere we met sales associate Charlie Romano. We bought a dryer, set up the delivery and were done in 30 minutes, Loved the knowledgeable staff and easy process.

I went in to purchase new appliances for our new home. I was nervous because I was a woman shopping without my husband. But then I met Mr.Charlie, he took his time with me and explained everything I needed to know. I couldn’t believe that this kind of customer service still exists in 2022. Most stores you walk in and people never make eye contact. But Mr. Charlie remember me and used my name several times. I’m forever grateful!!!

The Home Depot store has made a noticeable investment in people to provide real customer service and a variety of things to make the experience there quite positive. They have the stuff I need, an in-store app to find it, and friendly people throughout the store.

The cashier, Kira, provided great customer service. While this was a simple visit, Kira made the experience very nice. As I approached the cashier line, she asked if I was ready to check out rather than wait for me to come to her line. She was also extremely pleasant and had great conversation. She definitely made my simple shopping experience much better. Kudos to Kira for a great customer service!

In the past 6 months we've had to replace our refrigerator, range, microwave and now, dishwasher. All products with the exception of the microwave were purchased at The Home Depot. The expertise and knowledge of the sales representatives is superior to any other.

Everything was perfect today….

We moved into this area about 4 years ago, needed many items for our new place. Home Depot was our one stop shopping for all our needs. Great everyday items, you will enjoy your shopping experience!

HD in sandy springs is the best store ! The agents are so helpful and friendly . Rarely do I have to go to another store to find material .. store is clean and organized!

Just purchased a new refrigerator today. I had a great experience! Appliance Specialist Charlie Romano was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable on the different product lines, took the time to explain the products in detail and explained exactly how the delivery process will work. Highly recommend!!

According to my receipts, Sales Cashier Kim is AMAZING and should be rewarded in some way! However, Return counter Cashier AmyMarie needs more training in customer service! Keep watch and thanks for allowing me to share!

We had a good experience shopping for a refrigerator for my son. Charlie Romano was a great help in getting us what we needed. He is a credit to Home Depot and a very nice person to deal with.

The guy who was assigned to oversee the self checkout lanes clapped at me to get my attention as though I was a dog. All because I didn’t answer him as fast as he wanted me to. I don’t know what they’re training their people to do at Home Depot. I sure as hell hope it’s not that.
