Couldn't believe the outstanding customer service cashier Amanda offered us with no hesitation

needed to purchase and load drywall. associates were very helpful.

I could not find the item I was looking for, nor would anyone help me. After I located the item on my own, the only checkout that was open was the customer service desk. They told me just a minute while the two of them did something on the computer together. I waited 10 minutes then went to self checkout.

I was greeted as I entered the store and was directed to the area I needed to find items.

When I went in there they had all this really cool stuff left over from black Friday and I found some killer deals on some hand tools and stuff. I may yet go back and pick up some other cool stuff. well,... uh.. no I mean. They don't have good deals - uhhh.. don't go there. no, there's nothing for you here. just stay away. no need to go see if they have any good deals, I'm telling you no.

An associate helped me at the entrance. I was in and out in 7 minutes with everything I wanted and needed, especially a heavy board for a lean to, tape, and a heavy duty tarp! I was amazed.

The pricing of the wild bird seed was right on - better than other places I would attempt to buy...keep up your good work at the Sandy store of easy access and lower prices :)

I have worked with Home Deopt for over a dozen years, mostly in Park City, Ut. Recently I acquired a job not far from the Sandy store, and they have been very helpful. I have rented equipment, Made numerous trips into the store to complete the work, and each time, I have been greated with curtious, helpful staff. What inconveniences I may have experienced, (and I am sure there were a few), I am very pleased with this store. One of the primary managers, even comped me a pair of gloves, as I had forgotten mine in the rental shop, the day before. The gloves were fairly new, and I went back to inquire. I asked about lost and found and was directed to the managers office in the back of the building. I spoke with a manager (sorry, I cannot recall his name), he looked for me, then instructed me to go get a pair, and take them to Cecil and tell her the story. She was very helpful, and I was on my way with another pair of gloves. That is above and beyond! Thanks

I HAD A HUGE LIST FROM MY CONTRACTOR OF SUPPLIES I NEEDED TO PICK UP FOR DRY WALLING MY BASEMENT. JESSE STEPPED IN AND HELPED ME FIND EVERYTHING ON THE LIST THAT I NEEDED. HE EVEN HELPED LOAD IT ALL IN MY TRUCK. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH JESSE.

It's so convenient to have a store close by with everything I need and friendly people to help me find what I'm looking for.

Usually cannot find Associate. John in tools came up very interested in helping me, unusual experience. He was very capable in the tools area. Shared with me tools and would benefit my request. Showed me the best and the reason why..Compared all the battery powered drivers and then talked to me about each one. I would have paid much more for the one I was looking at but John said, I believe wiith have this one that I was talking about in the Christmas area. He look me there, explained to me the optiions, I was so impressed with him and his caring, knowledge and willing to help. He stayed with me until I was all finished and had purchased the tool that I wanted. He was amazing and I hope that I can find him once again.

I am always pleased with this store. It is easy to find what I'm looking for, the store is clean, the selection is good, and the staff is always very helpful.

I gave four stars because they did not have the various tool boxes to choose from you had to find them on line and order and the size I did order was $129.00 for a small 24 in tool box, to small for my truck, saw a 48" tool box for the same price but a display one they actually gave it to me was hoping to get it cheaper cause it was display and got scuffed up a lot but better than that small box so that's why I gave the star four out of five.

My experiences at Home Depot has always been excellent especially when working with their employees.

Just a glitch on this visit. I had a coupon that applies 12 months interest-free financing to my HOME DEPOT credit card purchase of a new washer & dryer. The coupon states that it must be used at the time of purchase. I repeated this 3 times to the nice man who was helping me in the appliance department. All 3 times he gave reasons that I didn't need to do it there. 1. It does it automatically. 2. You have to do that up front after the purchase here. 3. You don't need the coupon. The card always finances interest free for 12 months. All 3 were wrong. I went up to customer service to apply it in case he was right about excuse #2. I waited 30 minutes while the woman, not having the authority to help me & not wanting to get in trouble with management, looked up the transaction. No interest free financing was applied. She phoned someone in credit who assured me that they'd apply interest free financing right then but I won't see it for 2 billing cycles. Just trust them, it's done now. Why am I not reassured? In the end, the customer service people did help me and apologized for the inconvenience. They assured me they would talk to the appliance specialist and help him get this right in the future. I appreciate that from a service staff.

Alexander and Robert both made my shopping experience a pleasant and meamorable one, but Alexander went above and beyond to treat me like royalty side I had had a bad experience at another nearby store. Thanks Alexander for your genuine kindness and ability to restore my liking of Home Depot as a whole.

Love the attentive, eager, intelligent employees. Even the cashiers like Robert and Alexander are like the "cherries on top" for a sweet shopping experience.

All of the employees at this store do a great job helping you to get the items you need, make recommendations, and even tell you extra valuable information about the items you are buying. One exceptional employee is Alexander O. He is the Home Depot poster boy for excellent and professional service. You can tell he takes pride in his job,, and even treats it like it is his career. If I lived in that state, I would try to steal him away for my company! Good job to whomever hired him, is is a great asset to you.

I don't necessarily like going in to shop at hardware stores, but I do appreciate red-carpet service from knowledgable and attentive sales associates who go out of their way to make your experience the best it can be and then some. If you find yourself needing to shop at Home Depot, do yourself a favor and look for Alexander in the 11400 So store and you will be treated like royalty!

Great Home Depot store. I'd be happier if they gave out popcorn more. THey only make one batch a day, and you have to wrangle with the guy standing there about whether you need windows or not. Look, just give me some popcorn and let me on my way ok? Great stuff, generally very helpful people. So Argon walks into a bar. The Bartender says "Hey, we don't serve Noble Gasses in here!" Argon didn't react.

Great store - essential for taking care of the house. Fast, great prices, great products and decorations for our home!

Everyone at this store is so helpful. They go above and beyond what good customer service should be. I always have a good experience when going to the Sandy Home Depot.

I wasn't sure where to find the items I was looking for, so upon entering the store I approached the Customer Service desk to ask for help. I was greeted with a smile by Linda who was knowledgeable about the product I was looking for and helpful in locating it within the store. Linda made my shopping experience very pleasant! I will be shopping here more often! Thanks Linda!

I was fortunate enough to have the help of Darin. I needed to purchase a large number of ceramic floor tile. Not only did Darin help me load the tile onto a cart, he stayed with me, helped me through the checkout and loaded the heavy tile boxes into my car. I could not have done it without him! I am 67 years old and no longer have the strength I once had.

Associate (Brian Sandmire) approached me- Asking if I needed help- I was trying to repair a few items in my home- I needed a disposal, electrical outlet covers, paint, weatherstrip, sod, toilet seats and sink faucet/stopper. Brian walked with me to each and every item- showing me ways to save money by buying complete kits instead of individual parts. He offered advice on garbage disposal set up. I expected to be in the store for over an hr- Much to my surprise I was back to my car within 10 minutes.

My cashier Bonnie was a great cashier she's very friendly and nice and she deserves a raise and on a scale 1-100 I'd give her a 110 I feel like she deserves a raise

Props to Brian in plumbing! Didn't have a clue on installing a garbage disposal but walked out an expert. From the P-Pipe, to compression, to how to run and install it. Couldn't have had a better experience. Thanks again so so much.

Shopping at the Home Depot is one of the better places for construction products because the help your employees.
