Special Buy of the Day
Sales associates were very helpful, I was surprised to find a C-clip I needed in the hardware Dept.
Store was clean, products were easy to locate and customer service was good.
The associates in the kitchen appliance section were wonderfully skilled and willing to research the specifics of my unusual requirements. They took extra time to check on internal measurements and compatibility of newer models to fit the space in my mom's kitchen. The associate who helped me was persistent and especially knowledgeable--a great contrast to the customer service I found in the four other stores I visited before returning to buy at Home Depot.
I purchased 4 outdoor lounge chairs, and had them hold the chairs for about a day. After finding a better option for my space, I called to see if I could have them returned, and they took care of everything over the phone in less than a minute.
The store is clean, the associates are friendly and helpful, and we always find what we need. It's our go-to place for our home remodel.
The store is clean and the staff is wonderful. I get lots of helpful help every time I go in there and I go in there a lot..
Would never put building materials in will call, took forever for them to find. Not very helpful.
The product was easy to find and thanks to your web site I could compare prices makes and models without running around .
I was looking for a small bag of organic soil mix but only saw large ones. It took a little while to find an associate to ask as she was busy watering all the plants. When I did find her, she was very helpful and courteous. This store is always in tip top condition and always someone there asking if they can help
This is a great store. I highly recommend it! It has almost anything you need for DIY projects and they are always very helpful!!
Nice people, good deals, they match any competitors price
Was looking for a cooler pump, the selection was very poor, most looked like they were pulled out of storage, from several years ago. They were missing the packaging, price tags, were covered in dust, just looked very tacky. No one around to answer questions, asked returns desk to page someone, waited and still no one. Very poor experience this time.
It was easy to find the type of paint a family member had purchase for our project and learn of its qualities which were perfect for the job.
Home Depot is Home Depot. As an Army veteran, I feel Home Depot honors my service with every visit and associates are always thanking me for my service. Regarding cleanliness, it's as clean as can be expected so no disappointments there. Most of the time, I don't need an associates help and sometimes they are difficult to find one that can help. It's not too big of an issue though so hence my good rating.
I had a complicated plumbing dilemma. Clayton was so helpful. I came home and plumbed it myself thanks to his assistance. Home Depot allows me to tackle tasks I would never have thought I could do. Great sales helpers!
I went to Home Depot to buy laminate titles for my floors, when I first came to the store the person working flooring department had no clue what he was doing (in terms of getting tiles ordered) and told me to come back 4 hours later when another associate was there, that was extremely annoying and I wish everyone who worked in a designated area knew their job. However I did come back later that day and Lara was amazing! She was able to help me, give me guidance and walk me though every step while offering me advice. Lara was amazing, please don’t ever let her leave!
The self check out was the only line open and it failed as usual. The cashier managing the self check out was extremely helpful and friendly, however I would like to see at least one "real person" line open along with the always failing self check out.
Went in with a problem...left with a solution and a big smile on my face. Problem solved!
The store was in good shape just like always, but the organization could definitely be improved. I'm helping out my grandma with her basement bathroom and the day before I'd gone to the Riverton store and found everything I'd need in about 45 min but I decided not to buy anything yet because I wanted to check at her house and this store is super close. So I found out what I'd need and went to this store expecting the same simple organization and was greatly surprised. I'm not sure what it was or why but this store is very hard to navigate and things that should be together aren't. (Like bathroom vent fans and everything else you need for a bathroom) I spent probably 15 min trying to find the fans before asking someone. I don't know if I was just off that day but it just seemed cramped and not well organized. I like home depot and will continue to like them it just wasn't a super great experience at this store for some reason.
Each time I've been to this Home Depot, I received help needed from friendly associates and cashiers. I highly recommend this particular Home Depot.
We recently purchased a home, and we have been spending a lot of time at our local Home Depot. Every time we go in, my husband and I find exactly what we need. It has been really nice to find knowledgeable staff when we need assistance.
Very clean store, employees are very helpful. The store was very well stocked and I had no troubles purchasing my landscape products.
OUR FAVORITE HOME DEPOT STORE, BETTER PARKING THAN THE NEARER ONE, NEWER AND MORE OPEN. MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT (WHICH RELATES TO ALL HOME DEPOT STORES) IS THAT WHEN I FIND A PRODUCT OR LINE WHICH I REALLY LIKE, IT ALWAYS SEEMS TO END UP DISCONTINUED THE NEXT YEAR WHEN I NEED TO ADD TO OR REPLACE ITEMS PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED AT HOME DEPOT. THIS CAN BE VERY FRUSTRATING WHEN DEALING WITH SPRINKLER SYSTEMS, FLOORING, FENCING, ETC. OTHERWISE, WE REALLY LIKE THE DEPOT.
I like the way the store is organized, plus how clean it always is.
It never ceases to amaze me at how fun it is to shop at The Home Depot. I could spend a lot of time wandering the isles, getting home improvement ideas or just looking at the new and innovative tools, ideas and products. I am like a kid in a candty store - it is just fun to be there. However, you better be prepared to hone in on your navigation and driving abilities wlak walking up and down the isles of this Home Depot. Navigating a cart or getting through a crowd of people is always a chore. I don't get that a "warehouse" type store is so cluttered with end-caps, middle of the isle caps and signs that if you blink, you will either miss something or run over something. Same for the garden center. You are trying to avoid the numerous hoses that clog the isles. Don't get me wrong, its still a fun experience, but I wished HD would stop trying to tease you with isle candy, and simply clear the isle and allow their customers to navigate for the products they came to purchase.
very helpful staff that were so patient with me and all of my questions
I was in and out of the store with the plunger I wanted in less than 5 minutes. The checkout clerk ran my credit card instantly, handed me the receipt with a jovial smile, and I was on my way home fast.
My husband and I are at Home Depot frequently and we are always pleased with the experience. There is good product availability and helpful staff. We always feel like kids in the candy store. This last purchase was a treat for my daughter after we had bought our main items, since she been so patient with her parents in their preferred store.
I am so disappointed in Home Depot, that I am about to quit going there and start going to Lowes. You do not have enough workers at all and it seams to me that they try to avoid you. Rarely does any one ask if you need help, they just walk on by!
store was very clean , employees are very friendly
