Always feel comfortable shopping at our Santa Maria Home Depot. Friendly, helpful and usually find what I'm looking for.

Store associates were available to direct me to the exact item that I was looking for. Some of the isles had packing items in the isles blocking/making movement a problem. The cashier CARLOS -CMC2674 was very professional, knowledgeable and proficient. This trip to Home Depot was very enjoyable .

I was able to find what I wanted easily. I was able to compare several products and choose the one right for me.

Keith helped my daughter and I find what we were looking for. He was very nice and helpful

Went into the store on a very busy Sunday morning and found several sales associates on the floor stocking and available to help. The store was clean and organized. I used self check out and found myself in and out in no time. This was a good visit!

THE ASSOCIATE'S & CHECKER'S HELP WAS SATISFACTORY. ESPECIALLY ELECTRICAL & LUMBER. I NEEDED SPECIAL LIFTING HELP WITH CONCRETE THEN WENT OVER THE TOP TO HELP ME. TRULY NECESSARY AND PROVIDED. SUCH A RELIEF FOR ME FOR THEM TO BE HANDICAPPED FRIENDLY .

Wonderful store, a little tough to find things, but the associates are there to help, I love going to Home Depot, I am a do everything yourselfer. Thanks dad! I needed plumbing parts for the disposer, and parts to fix my running toilets, (new rental, had to work on everything!) Almost done. Thanks Home Depot! Michelle

I was very happy with the help I experience in the Bricks Section inside the store. Very helpful staff, up to the loading on my car. Very much accommodating staff w/a smile. Nice staff.

I always go to this store whenever I need something for my house repair and the latest electronic innovation such lighting equipment. I like to go to this store because you can easily look for the parts/equipment you need. Overall, the associates are all friendly!

At customer service / returns desk I was helped quickly and was also able to purchase additional materials (pallet of concrete ready mix) and have staff alerted to my desire to have it loaded on my truck.

Our living room needed a face lift. I decided to paint and went straight to Home Depot in Santa Maria knowing they had a variety to choose from. Thankfully Rosa was working that day. With her expert help and assurance that I CAN DO IT- my living room walls look beautiful. I'm going back- have the bedroom walls to conquer now!

Too long wait time for staff attention or help finding something.

I have been with HD for years, and always get the 10% discount and I was told I could not get the discount on appliances. I purchased a ref and got the discount. if this wasn't xmas time I would have shopped else where

We started a remodel late November. We like the option of placing the order on line and then picking up at the local Santa Maria store when ready. The associates have all been very helpful in directing me to the correct products needed.

Cashier Karen in Santa Maria Store pick a fight for it to fast returning of a pallets. Instead of helping me /"customer" with was already waiting for a while to be helped she give me a hard really hard time about a pallet I already returned in the time I had to wait for the carrying out of the product by forklift. I have shopped at Homedepo for the last 3 years really frequently and have good experients with Homedepo. But a Cashier Karen Picking a Fight about a pallet return instead of helping customer made me write this Complain ! If Customer Service is important to Homedepo we should not have to deal with Cashiers like Karen. She is totally ruing a good shopping experience at Homedepo !

It is a nice store, and has every thing I need for the house, and garden supplys, always some one there to answer your questions, and help.

This is the store I choose when I need to repair or replace anything in my home, or someone else's, I can always find someone to tell me what I need, and/or a recommendation of how to Do It My Self. Love Home Depot.
