Good customer service

Store was clean, employees where friendly and helpful. I will be back!

Went to the store this afternoon 06/25/21 @2:30pm just to find some plumbers tape as the guy in aisle 12 his apron read “Royce” he made us seem like an inconvenience to the store and made us feel like we were supposed to know where the products were in the store. By far one of the worst shopping trips.

The store was fully stocked with nice new products, and many helpful associates there to assist me finding items since I was in a hurry to get back home for the contractors. I will go back soon and spend more time shopping for home improvement items. The store looked updated, fully stocked and really clean to spend time shopping.

I wont be going back to this store unless I have no other choice. StaffBill at customer service counter was rude and the cabinet department wasn't very good either. I'm glad I go to the Lompoc store where the staff is friendly!!!

I shop at Home Depot all the time. Sometimes I'm there three or four times on the same day because I live very close. I have received lots of help and suggestions from associates for most of my home projects, i.e., Concrete, woodworking, electrical, and gardening. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable, and the store is very clean and organized.

I would not recommend the store for home delivery. They did not deliver on the date on my receipt. Apparently the staff doesn't even know when they deliver. My delivery was scheduled for a Tuesday. When it did not show up, I called. I was told deliveries on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. They did refund my delivery fee. When I called, the answering system knew who I am and what I ordered. When I (finally) got a person, I was switched to 3 different people and had to explain the problem to each of them. I have shopped Home Depot for a long time; would normally rate them average, but this was a bad experience. I only give them two stars because of the refund, otherwise they would get 0.BTW, their online survey rates a 0 also.

had a great time in my last store visit. I had a great person helping my in the tool area.Dolton was the best they have. Bryan our cashier was also great to check us out. he check everything to make sure we did not forget anything

Is like to thank carol for being a sweet and courteous associate. She helped our checkout swiftly and graciously. She also let me in on when shipment for new plants come in since I couldn't find more than 2 of the succulents I fell in love with. Thank you carol

The store was clean and everyone was following the appropriate COVID-19 safety rules. All of the associates were a great help!

Always friendly, helpful staff and usually have construction basics in stock compared to the San Luis Obispo store. Appreciate the lower cost products being stocked here more often.

I like the store, live in Arroyo Grande and do most shopping in Santa Maria. Do not like to go to San Luis Obispo as Santa Barbara County is much more welcoming with more options for shopping & easier to get to from the freeway. I like getting out into the yard and gardening and like the do it yourself projects.

The store was clean & organized. Unfortunately they no longer carry the item I was needing in-store, but hopefully I can get it from the on-line store.

Customer is unsatisfactory, they can never get a paint match correct causing you to do double the work.

Almost always have what I’m looking for without having to go anywhere else the employees that are in charge of their departments know what they’re talking about and are helpful

I like this store for ease of convivence and it has a nice garden department. The employees are always helpful and knowledgeable.

Craig is amazing- he's one of the floor associates, and he helped me get the correct lengths of wood cut for an at-home project. The store is nice as well, has most items in stock when I need them, and is relatively clean and friendly. I've never had a bad experience there. But I'm only driven to write this review because of the AMAZING customer service I received from Craig! Thanks Craig!

Quick and easy to find items, always a friendly helper to answer questions

The new manager Brenda she was extremely knowledgeable on the Home Depot. Her knowledge of building and remodeling of homes was amazing. She was qualified for her position. She really needs a raise in her paycheck.

The young lady Yvette working self checkout was very patient and friendly. She helped a older man check his items and even though the man was frustrated she made him feel comfortable and was very pleasant with him. She also went the extra mile to sanitize every credit card pad, scanner guns and counter top. Just wonderful to have your service Yvette.

Holly in the paint department is amazing! She was able to match a Home Depot Behr paint from 2010 and made up a small can for me. She went above and beyond after her coworker told me it couldn’t be matched without having a physical paint sample to work with. She is amazing!

Assistance was readily available and the staff was knowledgeable. Very pleasant experience.
