Every visit for parts, garden plants, chemicals for cleaning or garden are always found. It is very seldom that I cannot find what I need. The customer service is always friendly, helpful, and efficient.

Bryan is the best employee there. 5 star to this man. There needs to be more people like him!!!!

Just ordered them tonight. once they are in place I will review further but for now the ordering process was very good.

Found the item on the Home Depot website. Went to the store, found the item on the aisle listed on the website, Straight to the checkout and home. Fast, convenient and courteous checkout.

I went in to buy appliances, I found a very helpful salesperson. I had several choices in the appliance: like brands available, warranties available and cost options to meet my price range needs.

I think that corporate is seeking justification to close this store by hiring poor employees, eliminating custom services, reducing in store selection and stocking with inferior quality product. In the past, local building supply stores feared the arrival of a Home Depot. Now, they are grateful to pick up the countless HD customers who leave the store upset and anxious to avoid it in the future.

I bought tile mud at a different store but this tile mud here is amazing.

Bought a refrigerator today, found exactly what I wanted & ordered it. Hopefully it will get here in a timely manner.Employees were friendly and helpful. The phone system however needs to be addressed!

Coulter was great and very helpful

A new employee and another associate greeted me and then assisted me with getting the items in my basket. One of the associates showed me where items were found that I needed, even when they were across the store and not in “their” department. Then helped me get to the register since the cart on the motorized wheelchair was too small. He made sure I got some assistance out to car and that the cashier was able to assist me. The associate that helped me to my car placed the items in the vehicle. Then he assisted another customer obtaining a chair so that they could shop. Just an awesome experience at this store today. Thank you!!!

The associates in the Garden Section were wonderful. I could not remember the correct name of the item I wanted, but the female associate figured it out from my description. She found a cart and held the bulky panels on for me as I pushed. She and a young man loaded the two panels in the back of my vehicle when I backed up to the big loading door.. I was so hot and tired and they were both so helpful and pleasant. Wonderful experience in the garden section. When I went in, I turned right as I thought the panels would be in the wood section were the vinyl fence sections are located. A clerk there checked her hand held devise and told me the lattice was located on the opposite end of the store in the Garden section. Wish the store would have had a paper map I could have consulted were I entered. I was tired when I got to Home Depot, I was in no mood to have to walk the entire length of the store. Plus, I had parked my car outside the lumber section, thinking the panels would be in the lumber section with the other vinyl fence sections are located. So, as tired and hot as I was, I again had to walk the length of the store, get me car, and drive to the Garden section. Bless the wonderful two associates who went above and beyond without my asking. They both deserve a raise and recognition for helping an old, hot, tired and grumpy woman. Thanks

Needed a paint sample & Roni was great, helpful, and so friendly !! All the employees were friendly & when I asked for help they went out of their way to help.
