I shop this location often because its well staffed and stocked. I have the choice of two Home Depot's close by. I live right between them and but prefer this location as there are usually associates available to offer help with either finding or using a product. Products are usually in stock and check out is fast! Thanks!

went in 3 different times for pain, paint samples, paint supplies and such. Each and every time was helped with the up most enthusiasm and knowledge. I was helped by different several employees each time and there was no difference, they all possessed great attitude, knowledge and were of help. One even told me about specials coming up if I could hold off on buying my paint and if it wasnt for him I wouldn't have known.

Tanya, at customer service was awesome, had a smile on her face at all times, very pleasant to work with, she went above and beyond

I was building a 2 step staircase in my backyard. Didn't really know what I needed, one of your staff took me under their wing pointed out the stringers and treads I could use. Laid out the stairs for me and even volunteered to cut it for me. I easily assembled the stairs when I got home. I went to Lowe's to buy a fan light kit. The one I wanted was on top of a high rack, the salesman, instead of getting it down for me, spent several minutes trying to talk me out of buying it. He was successful, I left the store without the kit. These are 2 experiences I had last week in the 2 stores. This is why Home Depot is my store of choice.

STore was as always very clean, staff was extremely friendly, and I got what I went for.

this is my favorite home depot location and seems to have better layout and better selection than one that is closer to my home.

The cashier was extremely helpful telling me about how to save money using the The Home Depot credit card. The young man in the paint department clearly explained how to use the sealer I was purchasing.

Assistance was difficult to locate and when located made us feel like we were bothering them. On another note...keep the dogs out!!! I feel like I'm at a dog show at this location. People have allergies and can't shop here.

The African American young lady at the special desk made me feel special. She should be studied by all new employees as to how to properly treat the public. She could probably give management a lessen in her people skills also.

This is a great well staffed, clean organized store. There is always someone who is available to help you locate what you need.

This is my preferred store. I will only go to other stores if they do not have a particular item in stock. The customer service desk and cashiers are friendly, and the staff is knowledgable. I really appreciate this store.

I started a remodel project on my childhood home in December. Besides being my first remodeling experience, it is more complicated by the fact I live in California and the house is in Arizona. It is now almost May and I have been to this store at least 60 times. sometimes more than once a day. I would like to give a shout out to the special people who have helped me. Sam in cabinets - knowledgeable, patient, supportive - he has gone beyond to help me out with issues. There have been multiple setbacks, and he has always been there to help me muddle through or to straighten things out. Mindy in flooring - what a sweetheart. Kind, calm- also patient. These are my main two people and they always interact with me more as friends than as a customer. They remember details - they show interest in my project personally. They are fantastic. Then we have Melissa Melville- specialty supervisor. We met when Mindy asked her assist with something and she remembered my face and name and went out of her way to help whenever she saw me in the store, or could not get through to who I needed. When two weeks of calling around resulted in everyone I called telling me I could not get the exterior door I wanted, Cory in Millworks found it in 5 minutes. There were issues with the installation process- but Kim and Sara were very helpful. Then we have Jim and Debbie at the customer service desk. When I was out of state and needed help with an order, Jim took the time (a couple hours) to sort through a very confusing situation and called me back with what I needed. And Debbie - my gosh, she is incredible. I had an issue with returning part of an internet order. A glitch happened and she worked on it every day until it got resolved. I believe it took 4 days, if I remember right. Just yesterday returning something on the same order created a similar problem and Tanya (service desk) was very helpful. She listened to the information I gave her and then patiently started the lengthy process to try to correct it. And she did it with a smile and jokes. This was immediately following the only negative interaction with an employee I have ever had at this store- and she completely put the smile back on my face. Also in cust. service - Monica has helped a few times when her peers had difficult - she is the model of efficiency. And I love seeing Darinka- we know she'll always make us laugh. Also, Mindy, Debbie, and Sam have all stayed beyond when they were supposed to go home if we were in the middle of something - they never handed me off to someone else. this made me feel guilty, but also valued. It may sound like what I'm describing is normal, expected behavior of your employees. And it should be. But it isn't what I have experienced elsewhere. This is a special group of people who truly love to be helpful. They are kind and patient and fun and when this remodel is complete, I think I am going to miss them. PS I would love to have this shared with them - they ALL made a difference.

I appreciate all the help and service the employees at this store have always provided. Returns are always easy. I almost always find what I'm looking for and if not, can usually order it in reasonably quickly.

On this particular trip to Home Depot I was looking for specific kinds of plants for my newly landscaped yard and the staff was very helpful in locating the size plants and amount that I need for my project. Also they made it so easy to get all my purchases paid for and loaded and to my truck.

I recently moved to this area and I really like the Home Depot closest to me. Today, I believe his name was Clint who helped me in the paint department, and Maggie who saw me standing in the self checkout line with an arm full of stuff and offered to ring me up to save me some time. Thanks! :)

perfect customer service, clean. great location ok

Richard helped me find the pressure washer that I needed. Opened boxes to make sure that I had all the fittings and parts that I needed. Got a flatbed cart. Loaded the heavy box and the rest of the items and took them out to my car and loaded them up. This is the kind of service that all customers should expect. He exemplifies commitment to the customer like no other I have ever dealt with. He made me feel like I was the only one in the store and I think he would have done that for someone buying a 2 dollar light bulb not just someone buying $900 bucks worth of "stuff". And the topper was that pressure washers were not even in his department. Thank you Richard!

Thank you to Tanya at the HomeDepot Service Desk. She advised me that the purchase of a large patio umbrella requires the purchase of sand bags sufficient in weight for the base of the free-standing umbrellla. Tonya also advised the correct delivery service based the weight of the large umbrella and sand bags!

Jonathan Crook did an amazing job helping me figuring out details of my home project and going out of his way to cut the wood to the specific dimensions I asked. He was exceptionally friendly and outgoing and did a wonderful job! Thank you Jonathan and Home Depot for making my home project an easy and enjoyable one!

Tanya in Customer Service went far beyond the norm in helping me return a fountain that I had purchased on-line. The computer system was giving trouble ( not rare) and Tanya went above and beyond to make sure I received credit for my return. She even followed up with a phone call and an email to make sure I was satisfied. You don't see this kind of service much any more. HD should clone Tanya for each store.

Had everything I was looking for to buy and everything was easy to find with many selections available.

As I entered i was asked if they could direct us to the jproduct line we were shopping for. Once we got to the products, an associate asked if he could help us, and he did! Always a pleasure to shop there and get good quality products.

Items I needed were readily available and easy to find. Service Associates were knowledgeable and readily available to offer assistance.
