Staff at this store have consistently been friendly with me any time I visit, which is sometimes multiple times a day. The store overall is clean and well organized. People staffing various departments seem to be quite well versed in their trade and will often make recommendations for an easier way to take care of a project if they can think of one.

Victoria an appliance specialist at this store is super friendly and knowledgable! She had so much patience spending time with us and helpful with all my questions, overall very professional with fitting us with our large purchase need and making us feel we purchased the right washer for us. Whenever I visit this store it seems as though Patricia is waiting for me at checkout, and she always has a smile and pleasant greeting. Most of us don`t take the time to thank employees publicly, but Patricia rates and deserves a special thank you and recognition of her attitude and great customer service.

Employees at this store are away helpful and knowledgeable John in plumbing is alway in such a good mood and cheerful it make shopping there a plus. He should be employee of the month!! I needed a part for the facet in my sink with John's help I had the right part and was on my way. I needed a Mortise lock set for a old door in my Mom's old house, well there it was i can not Finish this project too;

JACOB and KINSLEY rock! This particular Home Depot puts all the other ones to shame because almost everyone there has EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! I have had more employees come up to me in this location than anywhere else. They're always asking if they can help, they offer to help you find what you're looking for or look it up and tell you exactly where it is, they will help you carry items to the register, get a box to help carry things--theyre AWESOME! The other locations don't greet you and through this whole Covid year act like you have the plague. NOT COOL. All the other locations could learn a thing or two from this Home Depot. They truly make ya want to come back!!

I'm from Jacksonville, Fl visiting my parents for the holidays. I came in to get some last minute Christmas gifts and I told my mom that everyone was so much nicer and friendlier here. Every employee we came in contact with asked if they could help us and were genuinely nice. I wish our stores in Jacksonville were more this way!

Overall I like this store, but they need to hold employees accountable for wearing masks.

Love shopping at this store. Being a busy man, I like that they don't constantly change the location of staple items. Saves me a lot of time. I always let the cashier know, on the rare occasion they don't have what I want, that I am not looking forward to having to go to competition up the street. WE travel from Maryville to the SE #0773 because they have the best service and most helpful people of all the stores we have been in. Store is clean and well stocked also.
