Restocking is not a priority of this location, especially in the lumber section. When customers can visually see the items in the above shelves just sitting there for days, and days with no movement and the space empty on the floor. It is a bit ridiculous. When lumber is left out in the middle of an aisle for over 24 hours, that tells me no one does a walk through of the store prior to closing and or opening. The only reason, and I want to stress the only reason I don't take my business elsewhere is because this location is very convenient, and some of the employees know us by name since we are in there at least twice a day. Can we please do a better job at stocking- it is beyond frustrating to come in every day see the item out of stock only to walk 50 feet down the aisle, look up and see it in over stock. I shouldn't have to hunt down an employee, and honestly I refuse to. I rather leave a review, and hope to see change.

I've been coming to this store for years now and I always get treated nicely. They always have what I am looking for.

It is difficult to get employees to assist you. There are a ton of them around...but even after I asked three times for someone to be called to assist, then one finally showed up and he complained about having to help me out. lol. amazing.

One of the best Home Depot's in the area. Staff has always been helpful and appear to genuinely like their jobs. This store always has what we have needed and in stock.

Even in the chaos of setting up for black Friday staff was courteous and helpful. This store is always clean and has a great staff.

Our two grown daughters were in town and we decided to go buy our family Christmas tree together for the first time in years. We were greeted by an employee extraordinaire, Gilberto. Wearing a great big smile he joined us in the tree aisle and must have held up at least a dozen trees for us (Many of them multiple times as we chose our runner ups.) The smile never left his face as he insisted on lending us a hand. Once we had chosen this years family tree, he took our picture for us. He even had us shuffle around a couple times to get the background and lighting right; to assure a nice picture. A photo of Gilberto is include in our pictures documenting a memorable moment. FYI... I shop the store at least a couple times a month. I have always... (okay, with VERY few exceptions) ... I have always found the employees to be friendly and polite. If I need some expect advise, I can always find it at my Home Depot.

We would highly recommend a trip to the Christmas Tree area of this store! The trees were competitively priced and fresh! The best experience, however, was meeting Gilberto, Crispin, Martin A. and Ernesto! Under the guidance of Gilberto, this team was highly efficient giving our tree a fresh cut, wrapping the tree and safely securing the tree on our vehicle! Thanks guys for your terrific service and Happy Holidays to you and your families!

I have never had a bad experience in this store. All the employees go out of their way to be helpful and are very knowledgeable about their departments. It is a pleasure to just visit and browse for new and exciting products also. They have an excellent garden center, lumber and paint departments and great electrical area. It is enjoyable to shop in a store where the employees know their departments and can easily help you find what you are looking for.

Great prices for black friday and great service that yaritza provided me with.

I found myself needing some items close to closing even though I did not know exactly what I needed, Nakee from plumbing was quick to offer suggestions for items that might work with my project. After explaining what I thought I needed, Nakee done his best to meet all of my demands. The manager came over and helped search for the things i needed. Scott from Hardware came over, listed to my list of needs and immediately began helping. This was a very pleasant shopping experience. They even stayed late as I came into the store about 10 minutes to closing. They never rushed me, nor did they seem to mind that it was closing time. I will continue to shop at this location even though it is further from my house than other locations.

We like working with Alvery, we will come back because of him.

Customer Service was very helpful along with the staff. I had no idea what I was doing with a really bad clogged toilet and I left there with the supplies I needed and felt confident in fixing the problem. I will definitely return to this store.

After having a less than desirable experience at the Franklin store, I visited the Holt Ave location and it turned my day around. An associate in the aisle warmly greeted us, even kind of sang a hello, and asked if we needed anything. Other members of the team asked us if we needed assistance even if they were already doing something and our cashier, Krista was beyond helpful. She made sure we were totally satisfied with our visit and answered questions about our upcoming purchases as well. I was in a pretty bad mood going in and left happy!

Associate Jonathan really helped me out cutting some pipe. Everyone was very friendly!

I visited to pay my credit card balance and got a good price from the store's manager, Andy, on scrap inventory. A very productive trip. HD appeared to sincerely appreciate my business.
