Knowledgable staff at a great Store
Store was well stocked, east access, staff always available to help with questions and/or suggestions. Outside staff always available to load the truck, wrap in saran wrap whatever you bought if it's raining. Just a really good store with an emphasis on customer service, and I like that a lot. Will always go back to Home Depot before anyone else.

Very inconsistent customer service.
Many employees do not know anything about their department. Shelves are sometimes bare and it can take over a month for them to stock the missing item, even after an employee has been notified. An older man in the paint department made inappropriate remarks to my girlfriend calling her "buddy" and making a fool of himself. Some of the older employees are crabby, but probably because they have to take up the slack from newer employees who do not know their jobs.

I never have a problem finding what I want at Sequims Home Depot....if what I want is not there they help me get it... delivered to my home or to the store....
During our remodel we have never had a problem with returns...never a question...

Store did not have what we needed in stock even though it showed it did online. The employee wasn’t knowledgeable about the appliances and the difference in the brands, and when we complained they wanted to send us to the Silverdale store which is another 2 hour drive to get what we drove 55 miles one way to their store to get! Get it together!!

There is something special about the Sequim store that I do not experience in other home improvement stores. The associates don't just tell you where the product you are after is in the store, but 99% of them take you right to it and with a smile. It is such a huge store that I find that above the norm. The store was clean and well laid out and the staff were helpful and available.I like the range of products they have in stock and they way they are displayed. we are remodeling a home in Sequim and we have purchased many items from Home Depot and have been very happy with their products and with the staffs help i many ways. We will continue to purchases at this store.We also find they prices to be fair and affordable.

What happened to the "NO PET": policy in the store?
What's with all the people walking their dogs in the store lately? Makes it very difficult and unsafe to push a cart load of lumber down the aisles..........and many people don't appreciate being barked at or walking through puddles of dog urination while doing their shopping.

Unexpected Purchase
I was accompanying my husband to the store for some items he needed off his list as we entered the store (which is usually extremely clean each time we visit) I had to run to the restrooms which since they've been remodeled I ABSOLUTELY LOVE to use them. As I came back out to meet up with my husband we usually ALWAYS stroll down the isles singing, dancing, & being silly. We put stopping at this particular Home Depot VERY high on the list of stops we have to make because we enjoy ALL the friendly associates that are ready to help & go out of their way to ask us if we need any assistance at each of the isles we pass, even if they're heading to their break or leaving for the day they ALWAYS go out of their way to ask us if there is anything we need help finding. I enjoy going to Home Depot to look & dream of all the items I wish to buy till we can actually purchase them as we are on a budget. The quality of products are usually FANTASTIC & if for any reason it isn't we can bring it back to return with very helpful associates to assist us in either our money back or just exchanging it for a new one. Overall we would & do recommend The Home Depot in Sequim.

Much better service than other Home Depot stores.
We were pleasantly surprised when visiting the Sequim Home Depot. Unlike other Home Depot stores, this store had knowledgeable and helpful staff. We have come to expect poor service form staff at Home Depot, but this is a rare exception. This store manager should be training other store's staff.

This Home Depot Rocks!
Living in Port Hadlock we have choices. Before we leave our home we have to make a decision Silverdale, Pouslsbo, or Sequim and honestly it depends on what else we need to shop for. If we don't need to go anywhere else we will head for Sequim every time.
The sales associates at the Sequim store are awesome. We've been twice this past week and Jessica remembered us. She was as friendly and helpful as the rest of the associates. I wish I knew the name of the gentleman who look like he was on a break but took the time to help us anyway. Not only did the associates help us find what we were looking for, they were willing to recommend other resources for information and give advice on our remodel.

Shopping at Home Depot is generally a good experience. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The nice man who was technically on break and en route to the break room, was very kind and considerate to take the time to load 3 heavy bags of cement onto my cart for me, first . I really did appreciate it!! The store hours are great since I work and would have a difficult time getting things done if I couldn"t shop after work.

Great selection and value. Helpful options to order online and have delivered to home or to the store.
