Every thing was great on this visit the employee saw me look and ask if i needed assistance and he help. the store was clean and everyone i came in contact with was very very friendly . I was looking for some Christmas yard items they were all soled out so i went and picked up other items that were needed.

I’ve dealt with the General Manager of the Sherman TX store on a couple of occasions. He is very good with both the customers and with supporting his employees.

With every visit I have made to the store I received great service and the employee's were very nice and helpful on what item I was looking for. The store has always been will organized.

The floor associates were very helpful and very knowledgeable. Management refused to honor the pricing listed on the store location website. I have been shopping at this store since it first opened. I will no longer be shopping at this location. This potential sale would have been a small $250 amount, but I am just 1 customer.

This store has the best Customer Service by far and will continue to shop at this location.

This is a great store with an excellent overall score ,with me. It is conveniently located and most of the time, I find what I need. I have become familiar with some of the staff and they are always ready to help, but some feel management can be oppressive.. That is sad because they are older and need the income and need to be respected.

This store should be shut down due to exposure by 85% of the people in the store had no mask on. People not social distancing, no entry control , allowing any and everyone to enter without masks, and sings are obscure and provide no enforcement.

I would like to give a BIG shoutout to “Carl” the south entry door greeter. He meets every customer with a smile, a positive word(s), and a sanitized buggy. You can’t help but smile when you walk by him. He is the real deal. You do not find this kind of employee in other stores. Please give him a pat on the back, a raise, or a paid day off. He deserves it! Way-to-go Mr. Carl!

GOOD STORE GOOD PEOPLE ESPECIALLY MR.MOORE

The employees are not only helpful and kind but are very knowledgeable as well. The store always is up to date with new items and prices clearly marked. The pricing is very competitive with nearby stores also. Everything is easy to locate and the entirer is very clean and disinfected several times a day.

I bought 30 bags of river rocks for some home landscaping. The price was good and the cashier, Giselle was amazing! But I had asked for assistance pulling the order and loading as I am a 65 year old man. Giselle tried and tried and the young bucks they have as employees just up and disappeared. I pulled and loaded the 1200+ pounds myself!

I have ALWAYS had a great shopping experience at the HD in Sherman Tx. Always an associate to offer to help me throughout the store...excellent customer service, willingness to help and great customer service.

We went in to purchase paint and cement at the Sherman Home Depot. In both the paint and building supply departments the employees were very friendly and helpful. The building supply person helped us to load the 60 pound bag of cement into our cart. We always find what we are looking for at this Home Depot,

Every time I go in the Sherman Home Depot they have what I need and they help me a lot.
