Even though we live in Concho Arizona about a hour away from show we consider this store to be our home town store. The staff always treat us like family. We are on first name basis with several of tbe staff

Bought a very nicely priced chest freezer today, sales and check-out personnel were very courteous and helpful, was on my way home with no issues in very short order. Will definitely come back to this store.

I made a purchase that involved 2 visits. Both times I received help, information etc. in a friendly, patient manner. I didn't need to hunt someone down. Employees approached me and asked if I needed help with anything.

I have been coming to this store for years and the current staff they have in place is making a difference. Last year I almost gave up on Home Depot but I think that the new management they have put in place is really trying to change the shoppers experience. I’ll be back and hope the trend continues

We go to Home Depot regularly. The employees there are eager to help. They offer good, sound advice and it’s refreshing to be asked back for any future needs. It makes you feel like they really like helping you and genuinely would like to see you again. How refreshing!!!

The store was very dirty the day we came. There were a lot of employees throughout the store but as we wandered the store not one asked if we needed help. We came for paint and the two employees there finally acknowledged us after about 5 minutes instead of immediately saying they be right with us. The aisles were in disarray. We came in the morning, and they must not have workers that come in and stock and straighten up and clean. The management of this store needs to correct a lot of things to make this a place customers want to come.

The sales lady climbed the mountain to find a waher and dryer that was in stock and at a price I was will to pay.

I was having trouble with a gift card and our self checkout cashier took the time to help us figure it out. She was so nice and helpful even though the store was busy. Excellent customer service is very rare these days!! Thank You!!

I had an issue with a dotcom order and everthing was handled Professionally Lensey my cashier was great and the Mananger Ben Grout was awesum. such great customer service skils always smiling and made me smile!

Carla - Cashier - John & Justin - Lot attendants - These Employee's have always been Polite and very helpful when both my Wife and I shop at the Show Low, Home Depot. They Represent you Store well. They just are always going out of there way to help the customer. All other Employee's are very Nice, but for some reason, We just seem to always be there when they are there. Great Customer Service.

Jordan was very helpful and courteous. We always appreciate a knowledge associate.

When you walk up we need something. We don't need to hear excuses and that's all. Kelly b had was excuses. What we needed was solutions. We need to solve my problem. I arrived at 6:23. We settled on our floor in the 6:45. She did not get the forklift or a lift to us till 7:20. It is now 8:00. We're leaving the store. No one pays me to be at your store and I got guys there making 30 bucks an hour

Home Depot has a wide selection of products I needed at competitive prices.

Washer and dryer order didn’t arrive. Order was canceled. No refund for over a month. We had to constantly call the store. No help. We elevated it to corporate. Finally a refund receipt emailed to me with no apologies or explanation. Unsatisfactory customer service

I swear this store gets worse every single time I'm there If you want a terrible start to what should be a great day visit Home Depot

The majority of the materials I used in the most recent home I have built, came from the RE: Show Low Home Depot. I go there first to assess price, availability and quality of construction materials. Some times in months past it has taken a while to locate an employee for assistance. More recently it seems there are additional employees available, which cuts down on wait times . I appreciate that.

when you drive 50 miles to shop it is very nice to be treated courtiously.
