If you had asked me about this store 5 years ago, I would have told you that associates avoided customers and you only had a 50/50 shot of someone knowing the answer to any question you had anyway. However, this is not the same store today, The customer service has not only improved from how it used to be in this store, but they now exceed the norm for all businesses in Sierra Vista. The associates were all friendly, approached me before I even needed assistance, and were quick to help me with what I needed. If you are like me and used to shop here but stopped or if you have never tried it, it is definitely worth another try. I am betting you will be pleasantly surprised.

Every time my husband and I go to this store. We are greeted by friendly associates with a willingness to help. They always share their knowledge which helps us greatly. It makes shopping easier and stress free. Our experience shopping at this store is always fantastic. :-)

Early in the morning-items were available, store was clean and the check out was fast.

The assoc. that I have come to know have been and continue to be helpful and knowledgeable in getting me the right supplies and tools needed for the job..It is also fun to see them and for them to interact with me in a more personal level than just another customer.

I like Behr paint, and associate provided me with a perfect color match.

What I wanted was easy to find and on sale too! All the people working there were very friendly!

From the time I walked into the lumber section someone was there to help me. I guess I looked lost, because I was. But one of the staff listened to me on what I need, show me where the items were located, helped me determined how much I needed, and helped me load my wagon. She then contacted Scott, in the wood cutting section. Scott took the time to listen to me on what I needed and complete the job accurately and quickly. When I was checking out the cashier helped me load all my boards into a box that she found for me. I had a great experience. It is the first time I have every had boards cut to a certain size and it was very easy. Thank you.

Tyrell, Natasha, Cherica & Itzell are great assets to Home Depot! These great folks went above & beyond the normal customer service levels to make my visits to your Sierra Vista store awesome! It is obvious that the "command climate" that Tyrell has created is one of extraordinary customer service. These great people remembered my name, my business, and my current material needs. They were helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous at every visit.

The experience was simple and easy. I always love shopping at Home Depot. Love your products.

The neatest, and best organized Home Depot I've ever been in

I was able to ask where to find the product that I was in need of. She directed me to the isle where another assistant came, and I asked her if she knew where the item was in this long lsle which she did. I went right to the product, checked out.

The associates make shopping here a joy. The store is clean and easy to navigate with my Home Depot app. I will definitely shop here again.

I had arranged with a "recently unemployed" HVAC acquantence to try and help him out! He never showed at the arranged time, nor call me to cancel/explain. I had already ordered item's for in store pickup, withthe intention of him picking up on way to appointment/accessment of my needs. Not being able to drive to the store, I called to let them know I was trying to get one of my neighbors to pick up. Jessie or Jessy (Male) said he would see what could be done, and would call me back. Within an hour, he called back, informed me that Kim (Associate) would be in my driveway around 8:30PM. Kim was here at 8:10PM, unloaded the item's and REFUSED gas/time money! WAY BEYOND EXPECTATIONS!! Kevin

The store was clean and the items in the paint section were easy to find

I had an issue and Ryeleigh at the customer service counter took care of it. I have to say it was pretty complicated yet, she handled my problem very personably and professionally. I truly admired her skills behind the counter. She was very knowledgeable on the task at hand. THANK YOU SO MUCH RYELEIGH. You exhausted all of your phone resources to try to meet my needs. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

This is based on a stellar associate whom I had the pleasure of asking for help. Jerry in plumbing is amazing, kind, considerate, thoughtful, patient...... you name it. He knows where almost everything is and gives really good assistance and makes the visit personalized. If you are ever in plumbing and you need assistance.. look for him!

Store was clean, organized, mostly easy to find what I needed. Associates were not as Available as I'd like.

Bought a weedeater online...didn't run properly...returned in-store...no hassles!

Garden shop has everything you need to landscape your yard...Great selection of equipment also...

Associates proactive in inquiring if I needed help, directed me correctly to the area, checked to be sure I had been given assistance to the items I required, asked if I needed loading help. Over all a better level of customer service than at Lowe's.

I liked the way the store was set up and how nice and clean it seemed. The staff was great and the products were many, they had just about everything you could think of, such as magnets to piping. They had a large amount of people to work to help you find what you needed and they enjoyed to make your day. Its a good place to go to get the stuff you need. Im someone and I approve this store!!!
