I bought some stuff there a few days ago it was great.

I was supposed to get a bulk discount for buying 3+ items. I didn't. I went to cust. service and they recognized the mistake, giving me credit for the purchase and then redoing the purchase so I would get the correct price. However the original credit was for less than the retail price, which I discovered when I was at home. Ultimately a waste of time and HD didn't meet the listed price.

I always feel that it is our duty as people to recognize and give praise to other people. I would like to recognize and praise Carolyn and Terry for consistent and outstanding customer service at the Somerville Home Depot. I will always do my primary shopping at this location.

Poor service. I was cuing to pay for my good in the self service section. There was one more customer before me. As soon as one of the payment counters was free, he went to pay. I should have been next, but one of the staff brings another customer over to pay, who was wondering around still deciding which counter to cue up. When I told the staff, that I was next she ignored me and carried on with helping the other customer. Then she turns round and tell me oh! look this counter is now free, you can pay for your goods. I asked her to explain why the other customer got served first, perhaps she can show where the sign is to cue up. Clearly there wasn't. she refused to talk to me and directed me to speak to the supervisor. All he said was there is normally a sign there to direct customers. I explained to him and all he said was I did tell her you were next. When I asked for the staff name, he walked away and mumbled it. When I asked him to clarify, he said it's "Gail", I don't have a choice.

The associates were friendly and helpful. The store was pretty well stocked and stock was being added as we were in the store. We had an associate help us locate the item we were looking for and he even put it on a flat cart, wheeled the cart to the cashier, and then wheeled the cart to our vehicle and placed the item in our vehicle.

I have always had a great experience with the staff.

It was a horrible experience. I was harassed and followed as if I was inhuman from an employee. She is described as a woman in her late fourties with wavy hair, slow moving, and African American complexion standing on the right of the checkout aisle. When asked for help she simply was rude, offensive and very intimidating. I don’t like that type of behavior or discrimination when I shop. I am a relaxed, tax paying and honest person.

This Home Depot store was with a large parking lot, many employees and many, many products. The staff has been helpful and very knowledgeable about the products.....It is a great staff....keep them happy and they make customers happy. It is a win, win situation.. Thank you....

The store is very organized and makes shopping there fun and interesting. I went there 3 times this week and enjoyed the garden shop as the flowers were beautiful and well organized. Whenever I go to your store I tell my neighbor and she loves to join me....

I have been a customer of Somerville Home Depot for some 30 years . I have purchased appliances and everything else for my rental properties in Boston , Ma. from HD BUT NOW AFTER EXPERIENCING NOT ONCE BUT TWICE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH SOMERVILLE HOME DEPOT DELIVERY COMPANY RAS WILL HAVE TO GO ELSEWHERE FOR STOVES , REFRIGERATORS, DISHWASHERS , CLOTHES WASHERS AND DRYERS THAT I CURRENTLY NEED TO UPGRADE MY PROPERTIES. Kindly check the RAS reviews-they are scathing ! I ACTUALLY FELT THREATENED BY THE RAS DELIVERY TEAM !!!!!? PS I am a HD stock holder

Sadly, the sales associate that "helped" me was not helpful at all. Not only was he condescending, he was unable to answer simple questions. I'm sorry to say that this particular sales associate came across as a sexist. They year is 2021 and women still have to deal with this egregious behavior. Get it together, Home Depot. The sales associate was Nour in the plumbing department. Otherwise, the cashier was friendly. The store was clean. The checkout process was easy.

The store was decent. I found everything I wanted to see and am thankful to have gotten great customer service from Vinny on much needed appliances.

I was assisted by a gentleman named Louis. He was very polite, kind and helpful during my purchase. Your store was difficult for me to access from the orange line train station because I am 82 years old with advanced heart problems, however I did succeed in making my purchase of a refrigerator.

Queenie is an employee at this location. She went above and beyond for me and my family when I needed help the most. My car needed a jump and Queenie (with no hesitation) said she would help me and she did. She was truly a blessing to my family that day. I thank her sooooo much for her expertise and kindness. She was so helpful and I am grateful for her.

For getting anything you may need for around your home, is it the perfect place, beside the ease access from any direction you may come.

This store is a total disaster, there is no help, the store is always a mess, nothing is properly stocked and the managers know this and do nothing.

The staff are super friendly! I spoke a bit with Taylor who helped me find everything I needed and also shared with me return policy info. that I needed in order to make a final decision of a product I was buying. She was super helpful and diligent! In addition, I felt the store was well stocked with products and was happy with the garden center as well. There was still plenty of diverse flower types to choose from at the end of a day on a Saturday.

This store was clean, everyone friendly and most helpful. Every thing that I came for I found easily.

The Somerville store was well stocked and organized! I interacted with 2 fantastic associates: John from Floors/Blinds and Elisa, Cashier. Both associates were helpful and able to answer my concerns. John helped me choose blinds and then cut/customized in a very fast, efficient manner. Elisa helped me at checkout with last minute questions. They both were kind and patient and that says a lot in these uncertain times. I applaud all of you, the essential workers who are keeping the country running.

Got the exact items I needed at a great price. Checkout was fast.
