i had to ask 3 associates where i could find the halogen lights before the 3rd one was able to take me to them. the first two were busy with something else and didn't act like they wanted to be bothered. i have done business with Home Depot stores in three states and shortage of knowledgeable help always seems to be the main aggravation for me.

The last few times I have made major purchases, your employees have been readily available and very helpful! I like your customer service! Other Big Box Stores are not so accommodating!

The pine boards were in horrible shape, we spent a long time trying to select lumber.

If you are shopping home appliances this is your store. Debra Douglas knows all you need to know about clothes washers and dryers, microwave ovens etc. Not only what options they have but how they operate. AND she completely understands how Home Depot operates with their delivery etc. She is the go to gal.

Overall, great. Especially the silver haired associate in window and doors; he'll be the reason we keep coming back! As far as the associate that acts like a is an inconvenience to help In building materials? Ill find someone else to help.

I had a good experience with the store being clean and product easy to find. checkout was quick and very friendly.

I had lots of questions about the right paint to purchase for the job I needed to do and the store associate had all the answers as well as some very helpful tips. When I went to check out, another store associate helped me to get through the line faster by assisting me at the self check out. All staff was very helpful. As I wandered around looking for possible Christmas gifts, no less than 3 associates offered to help me find what I was looking for. So much better than other stores of this type in the assistance category! The store was clean and staff very friendly.

I went to this store & I go to a lot of hardware stores & this was the very first time I had someone asks me right away if they could help me find what I was looking for. I thought that was really nice of them to do that for me, I have never experienced that before, very nice experience.

Home Depot is one of the best for knowledgeable people being store layout for product location or assistance with knowledge. It's most easy compared to other hardware to find things. I know u can get in, get what I need and get out. They always have a variety of what I'm looking for.

Don't waste your time any where else go talk to Steve or Dustin and if they can't figure it out or help might as will give up Lolol cause they are the people

I was recently in need of a new kitchen appliance when one broke down suddenly and could not be repaired. I did some research online and it seemed that Home Depot has one of the better selections and competitive prices. I consulted with an Appliance Associate, who spent a lot of time researching their online inventory to find a good match for what I was looking for. She printed off some product information guides on a range of products. After discussing with my husband we went back in together to look at some of the features on floor models. The same Associate was there and spent a lot of time with us explaining different features. Not once did she pressure us to buy something more than what we were looking for. We left with some more ideas, again no pressure to come back to buy from her. We made a decision on the item we wanted and checked most of the other stores in our area online to see if they were more competitive, and they weren't. When we went back in to the store to purchase (we wanted the Associate to be credited with the sale) she completed the transaction in minutes-- no pressure to upgrade, buy accessories we didn't need, just professionally helping us complete our transaction. I am very happy with the whole buying experience. The Associates I met were all very friendly, professional and helpful. I usually don't write reviews, and it seems so many reviews get written when something bad happens. I wanted to acknowledge the very good customer service I received at this store.

I needed to replace a flood lamp in a light fixture (built into) my house. I went in and there were SO many similar ones, and I was quite discouraged that the writing on my old bulb had worn off! The associate asked if he could help and stayed with me until we found the right one! He was very pleasant and helpful, for my one little light bulb purchase, as compared to when I bought paint for my entire house!!

Love this location! Emoloyees are superful helpful and friendly. Our frist choice whenever we need to go to the hardware store!

This is a nice, new, clean store and the associates are very helpful! I was looking for cabinet inserts and the associate stayed late (she was supposed to get off work at 5:00) to show me what they had to offer...

As we entered the store, an associate asked right away if we knew where to find what we were looking for. Then as we looked and considered pros and cons, two different associates checked with us to see if we needed any help. And as we put our ceiling fan into our cart, an associate came and asked again if we needed help. He was able to assist us in selecting the appropriate LED lights. He spent quite a bit of time with us until we were certain what we wanted. Finally, we appreciated so much a check out person assisting us with the self-checkout so that we really didn't have to do it by ourselves. We were both pleased with our visit.

This Home Depot store is amazing. I love shopping at it. I will share two of many outstanding experiences I have had with Home Depot over the years. During my visit yesterday,, three knowledgeable associates appeared to help me with a tricky issue regarding a plumbing product; we got it resolved quickly, thanks to their "can do" knowledge and attitude. All were knowledgeable, courteous and ultra professional, truly focusing on the needs of the customer. On a previous visit, about a week ago, I had called earlier regarding a defective seasonal item I purchased at a significant discount from online HD; it was sold out and my grandchildren were coming over to see the item that evening. The manager said to bring it to the store to see if they could fix it for me. When I arrived, they were waiting for me and an electrician quickly appeared who rapidly fixed the issue. (The Lincoln North Home Depot offered to do the same for me but the South Home Depot was closer; both stores in Lincoln, NE are amazing.).

Laid back associates but comfortable in their knowledge and store product and in giving directions and and assistance and recommendation on a specific product that one is searching for,i felt that these people actually enjoyed their job.

I was very impressed by the young man who helped me in the window shade department.

Was very pleased with today's trip to Home Depot. Had a project my husband was not that anxious to do. It involved cutting six smaller pieces of peg board to mount in our outside shed. Called Home Depot and they said they would cut these to size. I was thrilled. Thought I would have to leave the measurements and come back, but they cut them on the spot and we went on our merry way. This project has been made so much easier with their help. Thanks Home Depot.

I thought that the store had many available employees that were willing to provide support and assist me in finding the products I needed. I would recommend anyone that is in need of home goods appliances, or home decor to complete your shopping experience at Home Depot.

Bought a stove and clothes washer, everything was easy to find and associates were great!

I am most satisfied with this store. I have limited mobility and recognizing this, I was greated with the invitation to use an electric cart, which I did. All of the associates in the store were friendly and very helpful, including the cashier.

I was looking for a combo drill set for my home use and looked on line and came across the RIDGED brand. Unsure of the brand I went to the store to find more info and compare. The lady in the hand tool section was very helpful and showed me several different options of brands and packages. I had really shopped in Home depot and was very impressed with the whole store and plan to go back for future purchases when looking for equipment and materials.
